SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.

Beach Club Doral 108 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR, 2 BA condo on the Ground floor with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located right on the beach with no road to cross! Enjoy the furnished patio and views of the beach and pools just steps away, free access to 4 sparkling pools, 4 hot tubs, several restaurants with bars, and a sugar white sand beach!.

The open floor plan living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper, a recliner and a side chair, has a Gulf View and access to the balcony. The master suite offers a King bed with private bath and vanity area, direct Gulf View and access to balcony. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds and is located right beside the hall bath. HDTVs & DVD players are installed in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, utensils, dishes, and cookware. A washer/dryer is located in the utility area. The condo has free Wi-Fi to always keep you connected. The patio offers a comfortable seating and is a accessible from the living area and the master suite.

Beds are made with fresh white linen and a set is supplied for the sleeper sofa. A modest supply of bath linens are supplies. A "One Day" supply of bathroom tissue, bathroom toiletries and kitchen detergents are supplied. Please bring beach towels & make-up removal wipes, extra trash bags, coffee, spices and disposable goods.

Condo rental includes use of all 4 outdoor pools & hot tubs located at the foot of each tower, including the Doral Tower and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar on the 2cd floor of the Clubhouse, and the salon & spa on the first floor of the Clubhouse. Plus you may patron the shopping and dining near the entrance of the resort.

Membership to the Club House is available for a pay by day rate (payable to The Clubhouse desk) and includes use of club house pool with a tiki bar & grill, indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness facility, game room, men and ladies locker rooms complete w/showers, sauna, and steam room, adult activities including water aerobics and yoga classes, children's activities, outdoor grill (eatery) at clubhouse pool, and various activities scheduled at clubhouse pool including cookouts and live entertainment and movie nights for children. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available for a separate daily fee.

Such a wonderful place to stay! My 3 year old had the best time and they have plenty of kids activities to help entertain them! Pam was wonderful and even helped us extend our stay because we were having the best time!! Defiantly will be back!

It’s ten miles from most of the action, but we loved being out of the hustle and bustle. Ground floor means you are just steps from the pool and beach—perfect for families with little ones. Great experience all around.

Overall a great stay. Loved the versatility of ground floor. Closest reasonable stores are 20 minutes. Needed a few maintenance issues but nothing we could not work around.

Great Place to stay

The condo was lovely. Being on the first floor was a great advantage for us older adults. The Beach club has many walking trails and is close to the beach. Unfortunately they were having a seaweed issue at tbe beach so ocean swimming was out, however the pools were great. The only negative is the supplies were minimal so you have to bring everything you would need in kitchen like salt peper, seasonings, dish detergent, foil, baggies and dish towels (they have 1 dishcloth and 1 dishrag). It was a great week.

Dream location

Easy check-in, check-out. Perfect location. First floor location makes easy access to pool and beach. Condo has updated floors and counter tops. Laundry available in condo. Everything was as expected. Beach club is an ideal complex with onsite food and entertainment! It’s perfect for families. Hopefully we can stay there again.

Nice ground floor unit

Family of 16 in 3 units. This unit was nicely furnished. Great location and beach access. The dryer never worked in this unit. They gave us codes to use dryers in other units which was nice but still a pain. We were told the owner will compensate for this. Overall the beds were comfortable and easy access to the lool and boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again.Enjoyed the food trucks and market place and beach, of course. We will return.

This is a beautiful property just steps from the beach. Condo was clean, as well as the rest of the resort (pools, hot tub, etc.). Washer, dryer, and dishwasher were nice to have in the unit, and there was a variety of dishes, pots/pans, storage containers, etc. The beach was nice, clean, and quiet. A bonus were the beach toys/chairs. There are are restaurants right on the property with good, reasonably priced food and there is a Dollar General a couple of miles away. Large grocery store and Target/Wal-Mart are only about a 15-20 minute drive. Great place. We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was perfect in every detail. Lots of space, thoughtfully laid out. A kitchen well-stocked with every conceivable utensil, plate, saucer, bowl, drinking glass, and piece of cookware. A main bedroom with wonderfully comfortable bedding. All the premium towels one could need. Abundant surfaces for laying out all the items of life. A climate control system more than up to the job of an Alabama August. I arrived prepared to find *some* minor annoying issue or other, and even when my 5-day stay was complete, I couldn’t tell you one.

Great location/condo needs attention

We absolutely LOVED the location of of this unit. Entrance is easy to unload/load up car. The view from sliding doors is quiet, secluded, with green space for the kids to play right outside the door. We loved being able to have easy access to the pier/beach. Overall, I would only ever stay in this building from now on - the beach space is perfect on that end! Unfortunately, this unit needs some attention. It has been updated (floors/counters/etc) but the furniture and items are in disrepair and it was not clean. Dressers were so dirty, I didn't want to unpack clothes in them; there was a broom but no dust pan to sweep up sand everyday; every drawer in kitchen had dirty utensils, serving ware, etc; bedding on the twin beds was very stained so did not use; almost all lamps had broken shades and no working lightbulbs; bathroom shower curtains were molded; fridge was dirty inside; and we found a dead frog in one of the rooms (in an obvious place that should have been picked up!). I notified the property manager within hours of arrival and never got any kind of response. Disappointing bc the location is ideal but I would not rent this unit again until it's given some attention.

Good place, but…

The unit was good, but the front bedroom had an odd, strong odor to it. Our kids slept in there 2 nights but had to vacate it thereafter. We were concerned that it might have been caused by mold, but don’t know for certain. My son slept on the pullout couch and my daughter slept in bed with us. It was a disappointment to pay for a room that we couldn’t use. I sent an email to the property manager after our stay and did not receive a response. Otherwise, the unit was pretty good. The ground floor location was nice. We really liked The Beach Club as a whole and will consider going back. We probably wouldn’t stay in that particular unit without assurances that the odor had been eliminated and not simply masked.
