THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this cozy condo offers an open floor plan with tall ceilings and southern exposure that creates a spacious yet intimate getaway. Equipped with full-size appliances and fully stocked cookware, the kitchen has everything you will need to indulge in a finely cooked meal. To start your day on the mountain, a toaster and coffee maker are available for your use. Sit down at the dining table with room for four or pull up a seat at the island to grab a bite before your next adventure.

The bedroom offers a new queen-size memory foam bed with quality linens and a flat screen TV to help you unwind after a day of activities. The large closet contains extra blankets and pillows to suit your needs, while allowing plenty of room for your belongings. Iron, ironing board, safe, and a box fan can also be found in the closet.

Cozy up in the living room next to the gas fireplace to relax, or enjoy the sounds and scents of the forest by opening the windows and French-style patio doors. Kick back on the leather sleeper sofa or futon, while viewing the large flat screen HD TV with cable or one of the many paperback books in the entertainment center. Free WiFi is also available.

The spacious bathroom features a jetted tub/shower, fresh towels, toiletries and ample counter space. There is also a stackable washer/dryer tucked away in a closet next to the bathroom.

Lastly, spend the spring, summer and fall relaxing on the patio in this great wooded setting. Enjoy the mountain views and sounds of the Snake River, which is only 50 ft away.

THE LOCATION
When you’re ready to venture out, take a short stroll to catch the free Keystone shuttle, running several times an hour. You can be at the River Run base area in minutes, with access to slopes, shopping and dining. As a guest of our condo, you also have access to Dakota Lodge’s heated, year-round pool, located in River Run. If soaking is more your style, the hot tub is a few steps away from the condo. If you are visiting Keystone for an event at the Keystone conference center, the shuttle will drop you off at the conference center if you ask the driver. Wanna go for a hike or take in the alpine scenery? Hiking trails are right on-site and the Snake River is just a short walk away where you can watch fisherman haul in colorful brook trout. For biking, you can access a bike path that will take you to Lake Dillon, or Breckenridge if you don’t mind a longer ride—the views are incredible.

This was a fantastic condo! Loved being on the first floor with a porch that looks into woods. There was 3 of us and our little dog and we had a great amount of room. It was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable & two couches that converted to beds. And the hot tub was so close and very nice & hot! And just a short drive or shuttle ride to the village-locations was great! Would definitely rent again.

Condo in the Woods

We like staying here; this was our second visit. It's a nice, comfortable place, very clean, and on the orange bus route to River Run Village. It is a quick ride to the gondola and restaurants. The kitchen is well-stocked. We were only two people this visit, but last time we had 4 total and there was plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable condo just minutes away from the slopes

It was our second time staying at this condo and it was as great as the first time. Check in process was smooth, inside was perfectly clean, and reality perfectly matched the description.We’ve been driving to the lifts in the morning but there’s also a shuttle bus stopping right at the entrance to the community. It’s very conveniently located.Kitchen was very well equipped.

Wonderful one-day getaway

The condo is clean and cozy. The back deck has very pretty views. The kitchen is a great size for a smaller space, lots of counter space to prepare a good meal. There are numerous hikes close by, and a short drive to town with great breweries, restaurants, and shops. Now that we know about this place, we’ll stay again and stay longer :)

Ski Trip

Our expectations were exceeded during our month long stay that we weren’t ready to leave. Accommodations were cozy, clean, conveniently located with amazing private views to watch the snow. Condo included such things as spices, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, dish & hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies which is much appreciated. Keystone shuttle made getting to and from the resort to ski, shop or eat so easy that we barely drove our car. Owners were a pleasure to work with and promptly responded to all questions.

Great option for family ski weekend

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located along the orange bus route, making it easy to get to the River Run gondola. The fact that the condo is dog-friendly and on the ground floor level, along with having a dedicated parking spot right out front, were added benefits. BYO coffee and toiletries, as the ones provided by the property management company are pretty basic.

Keystone Pet Friendly Condo

We have stayed at other condos in Keystone and this one is my favorite. Just perfect!!! Very clean! Beautiful granite counters and new appliances. Hosts are awesome! They let us bring our non shedding fur babies and they loved the back porch. Felt like we were in our own little world with the fun of Keystone right outside!

Great experience

We stayed for 4 weeks (Got 22 days on the slopes). Worked out great, especially because they allowed our dogs. Condo was clean and good size for 2. Short walk to the Keystone Shuttle when skiing and about a mile walk to River Run Village when we wanted to walk for dinner. Parking lot and sidewalk were kept clear. Only negatives were due to our longer stay - We ran out of some necessities, but we were fore warned and brought our own. Also the Property Mgmt company is not that responsive but the owners came through with answers to our questions. Would definitely Stay here again.

Great little condo

Great location to the slopes. Perfect size condo for our couples getaway with our pup. Clean, nicely stocked for kitchen use. Very convenient location for shared hot tub use. Queen size bed was very comfy with lots of good pillows and blanket options. Fireplace worked and was nice. It was awesome to have the in unit washer/dryer. We enjoyed walking the cleared sidewalks all the way to the Keystone resort. Its also great that this area has so many dog bag & trash stations along our walk routes. Only negarive was that there was a fire alarm going off in another unit for 3 days that cpuld be heard faintly through the walls and when I called the management office they told me they were aware of it but couldn't do anything about it for some unknown reason. Thankfully it was subtle enough that with running the fans we could drown it out. When I asked the owners of the unit questions they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay here!!

We would stay here again!

The property was perfect for us! It was decorated very nicely: furniture was comfortable (except for the futon sofa) and the mattress was especially good. The kitchen had everything you need and knives were even sharp - thank you! My only complaint was the amount of pet hair. In addition to the cleaning fee we paid a pet fee that was more than double the cleaning fee and our dog is a non-shed breed and our socks and pants were covered in pet hair (of a short hair variety). You could see it on the floor when the sun shone and on the duvet cover on the bed. I have to conclude that either the owners are not getting the cleaning I (and others) are paying for or guests are bringing pets they are not registering as to avoid the pet fee. I might add the windows are desperate for a good wash which was disappointing since the view of the trees and privacy was really lovely.

This property has served as a guest retreat for over 15 years. We’ve been coming to the Keystone area for nearly 25 years and when finally presented with an opportunity to own a small piece of it, jumped at the chance.

We hope to continue the tradition of serving guests and providing them with a relaxing mountain retreat for another ten years while we continue to make improvements to meet or exceed expectations.
