VERY NEAT & CLEAN. BACKS TO CANAL TO LAKE KERR. PUBLIC BOAT RAMP 5 MIN AWAY. HAS NICE SCREENED GAZEBO ON CANAL. HAS COVERED ENTRANCE SCREEN PORCH. This house has so much to offer. This spacious sunny, 1 King bedroom, 3 twin bed and double pull out couch for all your guests, up to 7 total. House has great outdoor living space, with deck, propane bbq, and fire pit. Covered garage for a boat or any of your Toys. Great are for ATVing. Close to trailhead.
Moore head Boat Ramp & Park is 2 miles. Lake Kerr approx 2800 Acre with great Bass Fishing, Bluegill, Water skiing & Kayaking. Short 1/8 mile dirt road. GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY ! Hunting, shopping, bird watching, peace and quiet! Variety of restaurants within 30 miles. Easy day trips to Orlando (Disney World, Epcot, Seaworld, etc.), Gainesville (Natural History Museum, Butterfly Rainforest), Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Raceway, St. Augustine and many beaches along the Florida coast. In the middle of the Ocala National Forrest with hiking, horseback riding, ATVing etc.

Comfortable Place

We enjoyed the home. It was a comfortable place to stay. We were in Florida to visit family and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit. The owner was awesome. We would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway with my husband for our 18Th Anniversary.we had a great time riding our Polaris, kayaking & spring hopping. Loved the location and how close it is to Trail Head & Springs. House fully stocked with everything we needed. Super clean & cozy. A bit out dated but had fun with the 90's theme. Only grip was the master bed. Not very comfortable...need a good night sleep with all the activities 😴 . Thanks for sharing your home.

Comfy and quite

Delightful house with everything you need! Nice neighborhood. Complete kitchen, great grills for BBQ, super comfortable bed, nice bathrooms with hot water. Beautiful dining and living rooms with views of the yard. The yard was well maintained and a pleasure to hang out at. Comms with the owner were easy and straightforward. We truly appreciate the accomodations he made for us.... we'll definitely come back!

Great rustic get-a-way

Love the location to some hiking and fishing. The owner communicates well and the property is a relaxing place to stay. We will be back to enjoy a fire and the location, beautiful sunrises!

Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was a great location to many of the springs and lakes. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught many small fish. The screened porch was perfect for watching the kids fish and drink coffee in the morning. This was the perfect place for us to “camp” and enjoy the fire pit every evening. We had plenty of wood and the kitchen I’d FULLY stocked. Drew was amazing and communicated every time I needed him. We highly recommend this home and would come back again if in the area.

We are out in nature where the stars are bright!
The area has so much to see and do...Maybe you'd like to rent a boat and travel the Salt Springs run, or cruise around in the Ocala National Forest or on the many miles of ATV trails...
Maybe it's going for a 1.5 hour drive to Disney World in Orlando for the day. Or maybe it's splashing in the waves at on the east coast (only a one hour drive) You might like fishing...Whatever it is, there is something for everyone here!

What makes this property unique

Don't worry, we have a Dollar general, a restaurant-bar, Post office, Laundry mat, a fishing and hunting store and so much more just a short drive away! Such convenience, yet back to nature! Just the way we love it! A little further in town and you have a few more places to grab some food, plus a couple of gas stations. (one even has a mini grocery store!)
