A king master bedroom with private bath is also nearby. The mid-level is home to four large bedrooms, two of which are king master bedrooms with walk-in showers and Jacuzzi tubs in their private baths. The other two bedrooms (queen and pyramid bunkbed plus single) share a full bath between them. All bedrooms have private access to the deck for relaxing in the open air, reading, and quiet contemplation in front of pretty water views. The upper level features a tremendous great room with soaring ceilings and high-reaching windows that bring the blue water views into the room. The dining table and breakfast bar seat the entire group after the chef in the family whips up the evening meal in the custom kitchen with open layout and granite countertops. Step out the sliders to the top level deck for sun and conversation or climb to the ships watch for a birds-eye view of the natural surroundings. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
