This property is close to I-10. Right off of Reese street which is the main street you turn onto from I-10. 1 mile from the interstate and 1 mile from downtown. Private suite with separate entrance to the area includes Queen size bed and a sitting area. Another upstairs Unit is available with full/twin bunk. Must be able to share downstairs bathroom. Wall mounted TV . The bathroom has a whirlpool bath/shower. Semi-kitchen area is located in hall with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, ice maker and other amenities (breakfast foods included: homemade sweet bread, toast, oat cereal, fruits and juice)

This was a lovely space overlooking the Bayou. Brian and Robbie were wonderful hosts! I was expecting a continental breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised with amazing hot breakfasts! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone coming to Breaux Bridge for a visit!

Great Location with Great People!

This lovely property is in a quiet area right on the Bayou Teche which proves to be a wonderful place for morning breakfast. The owners will be sure to meet every need you have and are always available and responsive. This was my second time staying with them and I highly recommend them, and this location if your travels bring you to the area.

We have lived on the Bayou Tech for 15 years. The wildlife in this area is remarkable. There are many places to sight-see and enjoy all the Cajun food offered around the area. We have canoed up and down the Bayou Tech which is a beautiful sight-seeing tour. My husband is a native from this area. His heritage is Cajun and his family lives in the Parks community. We have two miniature dachshunds who love to hunt along the edges of the Bayou for all kinds of creatures.

This property has a beautiful view of the Bayou Tech with rows of live oaks running along the edge of the river.

What makes this property unique

pool and bayou with kayaks/canoes for use. Full covered patio for guest use only with metal rockers and table with seating for 4 overlooking bayou and pool.
