Ceci est un condo Gulf Front, sur le coin sud-est avec une vue incroyable!



Ce condo n'a jamais été loué !! Nouveaux propriétaires et ouvert à la location Décembre 2018 !!! Soyez le premier à vous d��tendre et à profiter de votre séjour dans ce condo de 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains joliment décoré et décoré avec professionnalisme. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée lors de la décoration de ce condo, avec des armoires améliorées dans la cuisine, du carrelage partout, des détails personnalisés et un décor moderne! Il n'y a pas un autre condo à Phoenix West II comme celui-ci!



En entrant, vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher de laisser échapper vos soucis et de vous détendre dans ce condo de 2600 pieds carrés. Ce coin de séjour orienté au sud a des fenêtres du sol au plafond et une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil depuis le salon et chaque chambre de ce condo-terrasse! Un bar et une machine à glaçons rehausseront toutes les fêtes.



La chambre principale du condo a un lit king size, de même que la 2ème chambre et les 3ème chambres, la 4ème chambre a deux lits doubles et nous avons un canapé-lit king dans le salon. Nous avons installé des comptoirs d'armoires et de granit personnalisés dans tout le condo.



Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous, votre famille et vos amis, ne soyez pas obligés de garder les clés pendant votre séjour!



Profitez d'une baignade dans la grande rivière paresseuse pendant que les enfants passent des heures à profiter du bébé assis! La piscine intérieure chauffée est parfaite pour les journées les plus fraîches. Près de la piscine intérieure, vous trouverez quatre bains à remous! Il ya une grande salle d’exercice à la pointe de la technologie située au 15ème étage avec deux autres bains à remous et saunas. Vous avez un parking couvert dans le garage.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 28 $ par véhicule. Quelque soit l’unité louée chez Phoenix West II, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à un autre pendant la saison estivale.

Had a great time, there was plenty of room for eight people without feeling cramped. One toilet was acting up but we made due. The only thing I would have to be negative about is the fact that for the money we spent, you would expect to have more toilet paper, soap, paper towels and maybe a little laundry soap. Other than that it was absolutely great!

Walked into a fresh and clean smell that was stocked with everything we needed! The beds were absolutely heavenly and it was so nice everyone had their own space. We WILL be back to this specific unit!!

Beautifully decorated corner suite condo on the 32nd floor with amazing views. Our family had an amazing week at the beach. Enjoyed the new 21 and over pool and the bar/cafe. Always a great time at the Oasis!

Had a great time staying here. The unit was clean and well stocked. We were able to make a great Christmas dinner In the nicely appointed kitchen. The views were spectacular!

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at The Oasis. The condo had all we needed for a great stay and was clean and had many perks like the ice machine and big open kitchen/livingroom space for our group of 9.The facility was good but is dated with many open/deserted spaces. The beach was wonderful, do note the pools are not heated outdoors so we were not able to enjoy on our stay in mid March. The hot tubs on the 14th floor are closed but we were not aware until we arrived so the options in the 1st floor area were always packed open to close with mostly little kids. The tiki bar/food is limited on times it is open. Overall the unit made our stay and we would recommend to others.

Beach Condo

The condo itself was nice. It was great for our quick trip. However, the elevator situation was HORRIBLE, especially Saturday. We waited for 45 minutes in the lobby on the first floor to get up from the beach. Its great if you only plan to use the elevator twice a day...if you want to leave more often - I wouldn't suggest it!

However, kitchen could use couple new skillets as the ones there are pretty scratched up. One of the guest rooms has closet door that is broken.

Busy week there which made getting back and forth from 32nd floor to pool area painful. Had to wait for empty enough elevators to squeeze in after a 15-20 min wait at times. Beyond that mess the facility was very nice. The condo was well equipped and was top notch!!! Did encounter an angry employee in the beach equipment storage area where you could leave your chairs umbrellas and other things in this area vs dragging them up the elevators which was already a train wreck. This employee was angry and throwing peoples stuff around to free up a door. Very agitated and total bi$&h. Otherwise, wonderful time had by all!

Labor Day Escape!

My family was truly in awe once we stepped inside of this oasis! The location was everything that I expected and more! The condo was clean and we pretty much only had a couple of issues. The kitchen mittens were filthy and this really surprised me given the rest of the condo appeared to be so tidy. The television in one the guest’s rooms stopped working for our last two nights and we believe that it was the outlet. I didn’t call about either of these issues because we had already contacted the manager about the running toilet in the master bathroom and she had someone come and fix it right away! But for 700/per night, I supposed I should’ve called about the other issues. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit. Housekeeping just needs to pay more attention to the small details.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the 32nd floor of Phoenix West 11 and were very excited to stay there a week. Overall the condo was not the cleanest. The kitchen did not have quality items as advertised. We were shocked the only pan we could cook breakfast in, kept the wobbly handle the whole week. Very disorganized and not everything we needed. The dishwasher soap bin would not open and we had to run it numerous times. Just not the quality you would expect in a penthouse. The dryer took an extra long time to dry because of the long vent pipe. Many curtains were missing the pulls and you couldn't open them to see the view. The worst was the overpowering smell of bleach in the towels and sheets. The towels had holes, pulls and thin spots. Terrible quality. We had to wash them to use them they smelled so bad. The sheets weren't much better. We went to Walmart and bought lint rollers to clean the hair off the beds and furniture. We did not call for a reclean because we didn't trust they would do any better. The weather was very windy our last day there and something on the roof clanged all day and night. It was impossible to sleep. We love to stay at the Phoenix West II but will never stay in this unit again. I will say Julia was very good with messages.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with lots of room, but I was very disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Multiple light bulbs were out in the dining room and kitchen area. Dust covered air vents that were in those open areas making it very noticeable. After walking on the tile floor the first day our feet were so dirty my husband went and bought cleaning supplies to mop the whole area. The ice machine showed cleaning was needed and the filter changed. I did receive an email from Phoenix Rentals checking in, so I replied giving them this same information, but never received a response or call. That being said the property location was wonderful and the pool, lazy river, etc very nice. The lady at the reservation counter was super nice and helpful. We did have an issue with being double charged for parking passes and left three messages with the management requesting help in reversing the duplicate charges. I never did hear back so I had to submit a request to my credit card company disputing the double charge. Overall the condo location and amenities were awesome, but I would not recommend this specific unit.
