The Space
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for meals, snacks, and morning coffee, with bar seating and additional dining space nearby.
The living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony. Enjoy morning coffee, Gulf breezes, or evening drinks while overlooking the resort pools and the Gulf.

This condo includes 2 full bathrooms. The master en suite has a shower/tub combination, and the second bathroom is attached to the bunk area with a shower/tub combination and large vanity.

Clean & Comfortable Stay
This property includes clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Our housekeeping team uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the condo is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

Resort Improvement Notice
The resort is performing improvements from September 2024 - September 2026. Work may include stucco façade repairs, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the timing of your stay.

Resort Fee
Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee of $81.00 that is not included in the total cost. This will be paid through a separate link provided before check-in. Guests must register vehicles in order to receive the parking pass for this unit.

Important Rental Information
• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry
• Maximum 2-week rentals from March through November
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly
• Renter must be at least 18 years old
• Guests under 25 require a separate $500 refundable security deposit and photo ID
• The deposit is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition with no damages or excessive cleaning required

Awesome Beach Vacation

The condo was awesome and had everything we needed. The view when walking from the bedroom to living room was gorgeous and never got old no matter how often I saw it. Family vaca

Check in was insane resort workers we absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with, no where did it show that we would have to park on a parking garage!!!!!! I drive a big diesel truck which doesn’t make short turns not to mention it barely fit under concrete!!! Cindi was disgustingly nasty, internet was terrible which made the tv not work as it should! Very few towels, hair on our sheets and on shower curtain!!! The worst excuse for a resort ever!! Our family wanted to turn around and leave just absolutely terrible

We do want to clarify that the resort staff, parking garage, and internet service are all managed by the resort itself and are outside of our control. We do have the parking garage clearance in the listing so that all of our guests are aware that the parking is both in a parking garage and the expectation of the parking garage clearance before booking. We do understand that having a large vehicle can be frustrating in the garage and hate to hear that it was difficult to navigate with your truck. We do absolutely want every guest to have a clean and comfortable condo experience, had we been notified during your stay, we would have promptly sent our cleaning team back to address anything that was missed. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can ensure they are corrected for future guests.

Overall we had a great trip! When we arrived the code was incorrect and it took some time to get in. I would also suggest providing two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels.

Good property close to everything.

Overall a good resort and room. Security was tight due to spring break while we were there but didn’t affect our stay. Wish the bunkbed room had been closed off since we have three small children. Just has a curtain. Code was wrong when we got there for door but property manager responded quickly to get us in.

Clean and modern, but small

We loved the style of the condo but would have liked a privacy door on bunk room! The bathrooms were also so small it was difficult to turn around. This would be great for a family with one or two small children.

Amazing View

The condo was just like the pictures. It was very clean and plenty of room for us and the view was perfect. The only downside of this place is the elevators. We would have to wait 30 min. or longer to get on them. I think the resort needs to do something about this problem.

Parking

The only issue that couldn’t be fixed was the parking. It is listed as a two bedroom, but at the Shores of Panama parking it is labeled as a one bedroom, so we thought we would be able to get two parking passes, but only ended up getting one!

Not what we were expecting

The room was not clean well. The couch bed was broken and the ceiling fan in the master bed makes an awful racket. Floors were sandy.

Pros: great view of beach and pool, low enough to take the stairs down when elevators are busy Cons: ice maker was broken, condo provides only the bare minimum (one bath towel per guest, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), plenty of dishes but exactly 3 dishwasher detergent pods. There is something plugged into the only bedroom (I assume the door lock system) which blinks like a strobe light at night. Would not stay again, mainly because the resort itself is too crowded.

Great location! Great View!

We travel to Florida pretty regularly and have stayed in many condos throughout the years. Upon arrival we noticed everything in the condo was wet, the floors and walls were all sweating and the furniture was all very moist. I originally thought maybe the cleaning team had just left but very quickly figured out that the AC wasn’t working in the unit. Probably one of my worst fears because I have a son with a medical condition that doesn’t allow his body to regulate temperature as a normal person would so he would over heat very quickly. I called the number on my reservation and I believe I spoke with Makalyla. She was absolutely amazing and didn’t give up on finding an AC tech until someone showed. She worked way past time to get off to make sure we were taken care of and I appreciate this more than she will ever know. Our first day there was kind of a waste of a day because we did just have to hang around the condo until someone could come to fix the AC, and they eventually did around 11pm but we were so thankful and I can’t brag on Makayla enough. It does get very loud at night around 10 pm because everyone seems to enjoy hearing themselves hollering from the balconies after the pool closes, it didn’t bother us with sleeping or anything though so no issues there. The condo was clean upon arrival but I did have to vacuum almost immediately because there was sand all over the floor, you couldn’t see it but could definitely feel it. We never had any issues with loud neighbors on either side of us and considering all of the reviews we read on the parking garage, I found our experience to be as pleasant as it could have been. We never had anyone park in our reserved space and our spot wasn’t super far from our condo. Same thing with the elevators. The elevators at Shores of Panama without a doubt need a revamp, we walked 8 stories of stairs several times a day to avoid the 30 min waits for elevators but we did get lucky a few times and catch an elevator. They could be better but they could definitely be worse. The pool is great and the location of Shores of Panama is great! We really enjoyed going right next door to eat at Pineapple Willy’s! Even with all of the not so great things that were really more related to the overall property rather than the room we had it was a good time and management was on it!

2021 Vacation

This condo is nice. Upon arriving the prior renters were still utilizing the only parking spot reserved for the condo which was frustrating. The cleaning service left alot to be desired. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning our first day there. The whole building is a bit too busy for my type of vacation, lots of wait for elevators. There also was alot of yelling at night from the other condos over the pool. The overall trip was fun and the condo was okay for last minute planning, we just prefer a less populated area. The owner did a good job of communicating and apologized for the mess we came to. It is conveniently located for food and supplies for cooking and cleaning.

Shores of Panama can be very busy during peak season, so I can understand your frustration with the elevators and crowds yelling. The resort has rules against the yelling and monetary fines, however, we have had an issue getting them to enforce those rules. Beachfront Condo

The condo is right on the beach and we had an excellent view of the pool and the beach! The pictures online are accurate to what we saw in person. My only complaint is that the tub could have been cleaner and the shower curtain liner needed to be changed for a new one.

Not satisfied

Property was nor clean at all. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a rental property. Left early due to feeling grossed out by the conditions. Never seen a floor be quiet so dirty. Pretty bad when you have to make the kids wear shoes immediately after getting a bath because the floor was turning them black. I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous and shores of Panama should be ashamed.

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is certainly concerning and it will be assessed with the cleaners. Often, dirt is tracked in from the balcony and that is simply unavoidable. We freshly mop each condo before a guest arrival and do a deep acid wash during the off season. We will do our best to ensure the floors remain as clean as possible. Thank you for the feedback for improvement, we will take it to heart. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on September 2024 - September 2026. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco facade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

We have FREE Secured WiFi in our condo.
We have Private reserved parking.
