Shores of Panama Unit 826 - Beautifully decorated and completely updated- you do not want to miss this lower- level unit!

This 8th floor condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation, complete with everything you could need! Fresh paint, gorgeous decor and furnishings and tons of light make this a comfortable place for your guests. The open concept space allows for tons of light streaming in from the beach, and there is plenty of room for entertaining or a family movie night on the large, flat- screen TV and seating on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and resort pools. The white kitchen features granite countertops and a 4- person bar for eating. There is additional dining seating just steps away from your fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, or head to the balcony with its amazing views. You also have a full sized washer and dryer, truly making this unit feel like home away from home!

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own flat screen TV and ample storage. There is also an en suite bathroom, complete with shower/ tub combination and new lighting! The bunk area has two Twin beds, and has a curtain for privacy. There is another FULL bathroom attached to this area, and a shower/ tub combination with a large vanity. Perfect for an adult or the kids!

All of your kitchen, bed and bath linens are included, just bring your beach towel and you're ready to go!

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Awesome Beach Vacation

The condo was awesome and had everything we needed. The view when walking from the bedroom to living room was gorgeous and never got old no matter how often I saw it. The location was great and within walking distance to everything we needed. Communication was good and all the expectations were clearly stated. Hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Check in was insane resort workers we absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with, no where did it show that we would have to park on a parking garage!!!!!! I drive a big diesel truck which doesn’t make short turns not to mention it barely fit under concrete!!! Cindi was disgustingly nasty, internet was terrible which made the tv not work as it should! Very few towels, hair on our sheets and on shower curtain!!! The worst excuse for a resort ever!! Our family wanted to turn around and leave just absolutely terrible

Overall we had a great trip! When we arrived the code was incorrect and it took some time to get in. I would also suggest providing two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels.

Good property close to everything.

Overall a good resort and room. Security was tight due to spring break while we were there but didn’t affect our stay. Wish the bunkbed room had been closed off since we have three small children. Just has a curtain. Code was wrong when we got there for door but property manager responded quickly to get us in.

We loved the style of the condo but would have liked a privacy door on bunk room! The bathrooms were also so small it was difficult to turn around. This would be great for a family with one or two small children.

The condo was just like the pictures. It was very clean and plenty of room for us and the view was perfect. The only downside of this place is the elevators. We would have to wait 30 min. or longer to get on them. I think the resort needs to do something about this problem.

The only issue that couldn’t be fixed was the parking. It is listed as a two bedroom, but at the Shores of Panama parking it is labeled as a one bedroom, so we thought we would be able to get two parking passes, but only ended up getting one!

Pros: great view of beach and pool, low enough to take the stairs down when elevators are busy Cons: ice maker was broken, condo provides only the bare minimum (one bath towel per guest, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), plenty of dishes but exactly 3 dishwasher detergent pods. There is something plugged into the only bedroom (I assume the door lock system) which blinks like a strobe light at night. Would not stay again, mainly because the resort itself is too crowded.

Great location! Great View!

We travel to Florida pretty regularly and have stayed in many condos throughout the years. Upon arrival we noticed everything in the condo was wet, the floors and walls were all sweating and the furniture was all very moist. I originally thought maybe the cleaning team had just left but very quickly figured out that the AC wasn’t working in the unit. Probably one of my worst fears because I have a son with a medical condition that doesn’t allow his body to regulate temperature as a normal person would so he would over heat very quickly. I called the number on my reservation and I believe I spoke with Makalyla. She was absolutely amazing and didn’t give up on finding an AC tech until someone showed. She worked way past time to get off to make sure we were taken care of and I appreciate this more than she will ever know. Our first day there was kind of a waste of a day because we did just have to hang around the condo until someone could come to fix the AC, and they eventually did around 11pm but we were so thankful and I can’t brag on Makayla enough. It does get very loud at night around 10 pm because everyone seems to enjoy hearing themselves hollering from the balconies after the pool closes, it didn’t bother us with sleeping or anything though so no issues there. The condo was clean upon arrival but I did have to vacuum almost immediately because there was sand all over the floor, you couldn’t see it but could definitely feel it. We never had any issues with loud neighbors on either side of us and considering all of the reviews we read on the parking garage, I found our experience to be as pleasant as it could have been. We never had anyone park in our reserved space and our spot wasn’t super far from our condo. Same thing with the elevators. The elevators at Shores of Panama without a doubt need a revamp, we walked 8 stories of stairs several times a day to avoid the 30 min waits for elevators but we did get lucky a few times and catch an elevator. They could be better but they could definitely be worse. The pool is great and the location of Shores of Panama is great! We really enjoyed going right next door to eat at Pineapple Willy’s! Even with all of the not so great things that were really more related to the overall property rather than the room we had it was a good time and management was on it!

2021 Vacation

This condo is nice. Upon arriving the prior renters were still utilizing the only parking spot reserved for the condo which was frustrating. The cleaning service left alot to be desired. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning our first day there. The whole building is a bit too busy for my type of vacation, lots of wait for elevators. There also was alot of yelling at night from the other condos over the pool. The overall trip was fun and the condo was okay for last minute planning, we just prefer a less populated area. The owner did a good job of communicating and apologized for the mess we came to. It is conveniently located for food and supplies for cooking and cleaning.

Beachfront Condo

The condo is right on the beach and we had an excellent view of the pool and the beach! The pictures online are accurate to what we saw in person. My only complaint is that the tub could have been cleaner and the shower curtain liner needed to be changed for a new one.

Property was nor clean at all. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a rental property. Left early due to feeling grossed out by the conditions. Never seen a floor be quiet so dirty. Pretty bad when you have to make the kids wear shoes immediately after getting a bath because the floor was turning them black. I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous and shores of Panama should be ashamed.
