The property was as listed but tiny living is not for us. If you were busy all day until bedtime and just wanted a place to sleep it probably is okay. There really was no place to sit and relax, there was an outdoor space but the few pieces of furniture were not in good repair or comfortable for relaxing and enjoyment.,
This was a great experience. Check in was great, hosts were great! It was very clean, just a little too small for us and we decided the loft and latter doesn’t work for us “older” folks! Jonny’s rideshare was a great company to ride to Siesta Key Village highly recommend. Loved Abel’s Ice Cream also highly recommend. It was hard to find the house at 10pm in the dark, so you need to know its to the far right end of the string of houses and it faces the Mexican restaurant and the parking lot!
Short 2 night stay at a tiny house was interesting. The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and neat, had everything one would need. A property map would have been helpful to find lot #1 as it’s actually just off the Avenue. That said this location was private and tree covered unlike most of the others on the Avenue.
I loved the idea and concept but the yard could be cleaner with non broken down tables and chairs. I could have sat out there but didn’t like the broken down and dirty stuff. The neighbors were out back smoking weed and random cars pulling in and out of the lot. Maybe a privacy wall off the road and Mexican restaurant. The floor inside was dirty so we had to clean it so maybe a nice area rug. The box by the table is too low and away from the table if you want to work and watch tv. It was very awkward and not functional. It was ok. I wouldn’t do that one again .
Nice tiny house - but got no sleep due to semi parked next to it.
The house is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that we got no sleep as a running semi truck was parked in the alley right next to the house from 3am until we couldn't take it anymore and checked out early at 7am. I understand that the staff couldn't really do anything about that, but I wouldn't stay again. When contacting the staff, they did apologize but offered no compensation or refund. Not a fun stay for us unfortunately.
