That old expression is especially true when it comes to this beautiful condo. The condo is in the Grandview building, which is located at the desirable South End of the Island. It is directly across the street from the beach. You only have to go 1 block to the reach the Crystal Shore Public Beach Access, or you can travel South a few blocks and enter through the South Beach access. You are also extremely close to shopping centers, several restaurants, convenience store, and movie theater.
The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished and has a tropical flair throughout. The unit features include a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and great living area. The Master bedroom has a King size mattress, great views of Marco Island, and has an access to the balcony.. The Master Bath has a remodeled shower and vanity area. You have twins in the Guest bedroom, and a Washer & Dryer in the unit. The balcony is a great space to enjoy Marco Islands amazing weather and gorgeous sunsets. This unit comes stocked with extra linens, towels, and beach equipment for four. The condo comes with an assigned covered parking space and there are several guest parking spaces.There is no parking fee associated with this condo. The complex amenities include a pool, hot tub, tennis or pickle-ball courts, bike rack, shuffle board, elevator, and a great grilling area.

The condo itself was totally functional especially since there were only two of us. Masterbed 5 stars, masterbath really nice. Kitchen outdated. Small 5-cup coffee maker small considering the condo is for at least 4. Light switches were funky, hard to know which one was supposed to work for what, we never did figure them all out. Balcony is totally screened in and a fan would have made it nicer to sit out there considering the high temps we had. Would've been nice with an icemaker. Beachtowels pretty worn but functional. Were 4 beach chairs and a small cart. States one block walk to the beach access.....be ready for one major block! Pool area great! Does tend to get a bit loud with the locals that gather there sometimes. Great with own parking spot. There is an elevator and carts when you've been shopping and don't want to make serveral trips. Contact with rental agency was super. Florida is known för her suger ants so don't leave a bunch of food crumbs out. All in all if you don't mind being across the street with no beach view this place was fine even price wise.

Thanksgiving 2021

Everything was good at the condo, only thing that I believe needs to happen is new beach chairs and maybe a small cooler for guest to use. Great location, could walk to beach in 4-5 minutes and to eating establishments in about the same amount of time. Enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to spending Thanksgiving 2022 in Marco .
