This 1500 sq. ft. home is on 1.3 acres and has 100 ft. of frontage on Mullett Lake. The home has 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and is equipped to sleep 8. The property includes a 100 ft. dock for your boat, a fire pit for campfires and basketball hoop for the athletes. The home includes a newer kitchen and appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. The family room has a 55" Smart television with Direct TV. Wireless internet is available. A smaller television is available for gaming. Bring your gaming equipment! The home has a washer and dryer available for use. All bedding, towels and kitchen essentials are provided. The large deck overlooking the lake includes a propane grill, table and chairs. This property is located on a quiet, private drive 20 minutes from Indian River or Cheboygan on the east side of the lake.
