The Beachside Cottage is a luxurious 2500sqft 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms home located just a few steps to the beach on a dead end street in a quiet relaxing area. Enjoy views of the lake while reading a book or having your morning coffee. Amazing beach with swimming area. Pathways to stroll. Spend the evening down at the beach and enjoy smores around one of the fire pits. Wineries and fruit stands nearby. 2 Large common pools, 2 hot tubs,1 hot tub open during off season, clubhouse & gym also just steps away. Boat slip available as well for rent.
Base rate includes 6 ppl- additional guests are 35.00 a night. Long term Rentals Oct - April 7 night min July and August long weekend . Boat lift golf cart available for rent.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Home away from home

Me and my husband booked for one month the cottage was spacious and clean bed and linens were very comfortable. Cottages is a beautiful community and loved the beach nice place to go for a walk saw wild horses and lots of birds. We felt very fortunate to find this for our one month stay will book again perfect location are steps to the beach and all activities.

Perfect family home!

We LOVED our stay here! The Cottages location is great. But this particular property within the cottages is even more ideal. Steps to the lake. Steps to the pool. Steps to the gym. The home also sits on a larger patch of grass to relax on and play frisbee, etc. The home itself is a great set up too. Kitchen is stocked, and bedrooms are a great configuration. We loved our stay there this week. Property manager was very quick to respond and helpful as well. Thank you! Thank you!

Easter family time

Had a nice relaxing time,visited wineries. Can’t do anything about the cooler weather but still able to be outside and enjoyed the neighborhood walking. Only suggestion would be even if the full patio is not set up at least a couple chairs to sit outside. It was a great size and gave enough separation for my daughter,son-in-law and granddaughter. Our other daughter rented a cottage the other side of the community centre and the grandkids had a great time visiting back and forth

Stunning views , beautiful home.

We spent 5 weeks at the cottages and enjoyed the home and property. The amenities suited me I used the gym and hot tub, my husband used a gym in Osoyoos. The property is very well maintained as was the “ Almost lake front cottage” we rented. It is further out of town than VRBO reported at the time we booked and renters need to be prepared for the driving it’s 12KM. However the location was beautiful and views breathtaking.We would have liked to have had some information about the house ,TV package/ channels, garbage and recycle disposal and walking pass thru gate code available upon arrival, a little info packet would do. John was quick to answer all our questions I just felt bad with all the initial texts. We subscribed to a sports channel as TV is basic cable and without doing so we would have missed our oilers game, that was really our only disappointment to pay an extra 61 dollars for TV. The house had everything we needed, the rooms were perfect, furniture comfortable, TV room upstairs awesome!! I would go back in a heartbeat.

Return trip as good as the first!!

Stayed at The Cottages August 2021 & August 2022 and enjoyed every minute. Location to beach & pool is mere steps. House is spotless and it’s evident that the owners & property manager care about the small details: paper towels, laundry soap, ice maker, Netflix are all available and appreciated. Communication with John is done with ease and upon arrival house was sparkling and cool. Travelled with entire family…grandparents, daughters & husbands & 2 toddlers. Will be booking again if they’ll have us!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

The property is beautiful, the location of the house is less then a minutes walk to the private beach. The community is warm, friendly and very well maintained. Krista and John were fantastic. They answered any questions pretty much immediately. The house is very clean and there is lots of space. The beach is big, lots of room, sandy beach in and out of the water. The location of the community is right in the heart of many vineyards. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the near future. Thank you Krista and John for a great experience!!!!

Great family vacay!

John was incredibly responsive and was part of our overall positive experience. The home is beautiful, and all of our family enjoyed it. The only thing is that the beach is not as close as it appears. I also made the mistake of thinking that this was Veranda Beach, which is on the other side of the border. Suffice to say, we had an amazing vacation and would come again. It was beautiful, and the location on the green space was awesome. Great property management, and highly responsive! Recommend!

Annual Friends & Family Getaway

We rented this beautiful cottage for our stay in Osoyoos. The cottage is very spacious and well kept. The lake is less than a 2 minute walk from the property. The overall grounds and amenities were great. The pool area had ample amount of lounge chairs and 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. There is also a playground for the kids on site. The location itself is nearby various wineries less than a 5-10 minute drive. Downtown Osoyoos is a short 15 min drive. I would highly recommend this cottage and would stay again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property in Osoyoos. There was lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The decor is lovely inside and out. Located close to the lake, pool and playground, we had many hours of fun. We would definitely return to this “cottage”. 😊
