1 bathroom, the first bedroom has a Queen size bed the second bedroom has a twin size bed. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and onsite laundry machines. Has great natural light lots of living space, also has room for 2 vehicles/1boat trailer parking. Enjoy the outdoor covered patio or bask in the Osoyoos sunshine. Easy walking distance to the grocery store, downtown shopping, pub and beaches. Free WIFI and tv included. Come enjoy your stay in Canada's only desert!

Nice location. Short walk to all the amenities in town, beach, groceries, etc. Only drove the first day to get groceries other than that we walked everywhere.

This unit had a comfortable bed, as well as a comfy couch and recliner. The wifi was reliable and secure, which is always a bonus. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Property was exactly as described and was very clean. The owner was great with communication. The property had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is great and is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the beach and the main part of town.

Great Location. Roomy! Close to everything and quiet

Its the perfect distance from Main st. Osoyoos where there is way more Hustle and Bustle, Its walking distance from all that but in a super quiet neighborhood. The owner was super nice and left everything to us . Easy parking , comfortable rooms . Would stay again for sure

Parking was fine. This was a basement suite but had lots of light, very clean and new. No BBQ or dishwasher. We had airfryer so that helped. Had to go to Dollarama and buy some cutlery and plates, etc 2nd bedroom only twin bed. Good only for 3 people. 2 dogs upstairs that barked.quite pricey for what we got

Nice basic accommodation. My only suggestion would be a motion sensing light for the covered patio. That would make the key box easier to find in the dark. Overall I was quite happy with the accommodations.

It was a really nice unit. It was really clean and I had everything I needed. It was in a nice neighborhood. I really loved the gardens at the property. The only negative was that it was a little noisy from the people and dogs moving around upstairs. There does not seem to be any noise proofing between upstairs and this unit. I really enjoyed my stay. The beach at Osoyoos Lake was really nice and I spent a lot of time there. There was not much to do in town. The closest movie theater was an hour away in Pendicton. The only tourist events seemed to be wine tours and a desert center with a walking tour. Of course the US border is close by.

We love the neighborhood because it is very quiet and safe. We are walking distance to down town shopping, beaches and fabulous restaurants. We never have to worry about trying to find parking in the summer!

Our property is unique because we are further set back from the road and we had a blank slate to work with. We now have lucious grass, trees and a beautiful gardens.
