The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place January 22–24, 2026, resulting in modified access to select resort amenities.

Great villa!

We had a wonderful stay at this Waiulu St. upper level condo. It was more spacious than expected, with great views of the 15th fairway and ocean (in the distance). Very well furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio was especially enjoyable all day long. We would definitely seek to stay here again!

Excellent Villa

We are frequent visitors to hualalai and have rented at least a half dozen villas over the last several years...this one ranks among the very best. Extremely well decorated with very nice yet very comfortable furnishings. Location in the resort is excellent with access to private pool across the street. Managers (on site and on mainland) are both great, highly responsive and easy to deal with and made the rental process seamless. Highly recommend the villa and hope to return soon!

Very nice townhouse. Great experience - location of the unit was perfect, view was great, check in process was seamless. Our property Manager - Victoria - was awesome. The kitchen accessories were a bit dated and random. Other than that no complaints.

Hualalai paradise

If you are new to Hualalai this is the unit for you. It's got tons of room, a huge balcony and an amazing view. The resort is a short golf cart ride away. It's perfect for a family- gourmet kitchen, laundry room, nice sized bedrooms and a amazing master. It was really an easy process and everything was really professional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are hoping to come back in June!!!!!

Fabulous!

We were looking for the perfect spot to vacation with with my husband, 4 year old twins and the grand parents and we found it! The house was exquisite, well kept and luxurious! There was far more room than we needed considering we spent most of our time at the pool, restaurants or playing golf. The resort is obviously a Four Seasons and lives up to all they are known for. The golfers in our group said the course was a perfect "resort course" and we LOVED the pools! We highly recommend the house and resort, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Hualalai Villa!!!

We've stayed at the Hualalai Four Seasons on many occasions over the years, but this was the first time that we stayed in a home. We are now HOOKED! This home was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Our four kids had plenty of space, the decor was beautiful, and the location was ideal. The owners provided EVERY little thing you could possibly want or need to make their place feel like our own home. One of the highlights of our stay for the kids (and us, I'll admit!) were the golf cart rides into the resort. It was a quick, fun, easy trip every morning to get to the amazing resort that we all love. Additionally, all of the furnishings and amenities are first-class. We loved it so much that we booked the same ten days for next Spring the day that we returned home. We are accustomed to five-star vacations and accommodations, and this home exceeded ALL of our expectations!!! We can't wait to return next year!!!

Fabulous stay at Hualalai Fairway Villa

Our family, ages 2 to 60, thoroughly enjoyed our week at Fairway Villa 120A. The villa was welcoming, clean, well stocked, comfortable and quiet. We loved taking the golf cart down the street to the beach for turtle sightings, tidepooling and snorkeling. We spent time at the tennis facility, several pools, spa, gym and restaurants at the resort. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Big Island Great Condo Layout on Awesome Property!

Over the years I have stayed at most of the major properties on the Big Island. Hualalai is my number one favorite location in all of Hawaii. I keep coming back to Haulalai and this condo as it's a great location on an great property that reminds me of the true Hawaiian spirit. The layout of the villa is perfect with plenty of space for family or friends, we all congregate at the end of the day in the great room of the villa for pupu's and cocktails. The Kitchen's awesome and the Lanai is the perfect place to watch the Hawaiian Sunset and remissness of the adventures from the day. The Master bedroom has a great fairway view and the guest bedrooms are just right with great bathrooms and showers. The AC is never needed as the breeze keeps the villa cool. WThe Villa's professionally decorated and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. This villa has the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and Four Seasons Resort, I've never really needed a rental car and, only about a 20 minute drive from the Kona Airport. If you are looking for the PERFECT getaway look no further this Villa is the perfect Big Island getaway.

Whenever you needed something, whether a spare towel, TP, or a kitchen gadget, it was just where you would expect to find it. Eliminating treasure hunts made the stay so much more relaxing! Parents with young children might make a quick pass through removing the fragile shell decorations to higher locations before the rugrats get them.

Exceptional Villa

This villa exceeded all of our expectations! We've vacationed at the Four Seasons Hualalai for the past 8 years but have not rented a villa until now. The Four Seasons resort is fabulous but for our growing family, we needed more space. The villa is the best of both worlds -- full access to the resort plus a 3 bedroom villa with a full kitchen. The owners of the property did an exceptional job of decorating and stocking the villa to match the 5 star experience that we're used to at the resort. The rental experience was also outstanding and very professional. There's an onsite property manager that can handle requests. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and are planning to return next year.

Perfect family villa at Hualalai

My family of six stayed at this villa for a week in February. It is beautifully decorated, perfectly located, and plenty big for my four active kids. The less than five minute golf cart ride to the resort was something my kids looked forward to everyday. We hope to stay here again and again.
