I’m going to simply echo the praises of other reviews by saying the house is better than pictured, the view was beautiful (we saw whales!), and the golf carts were a lovely amenity. Our group of 4 adults enjoyed cooking in the awesome kitchen which contains any tool/spice you might need. We loved sitting out on the patio with its great many seating options in and out of the sun. There was simply no detail lacking in this elegant, comfortable home.

Amazing House

Our stay at Tracy's house was perfect. Hualalai is an amazing location on the island with so much to do. The Four Seasons hotel and restaurants are a quick golf cart ride away (if you even want to leave the house). Tracy was a perfect host - always reachable if we had questions and very easy to work with. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

This was our 3rd stay in 3 years in this lovely home. There were five of us: me, my college age children and a couple of their friends. The fact that we keep coming back says it all! House is clean and spacious, chef’s kitchen, two 4-person golf carts for going down to the resort, communication with Tracy is easy… all top notch!

Truly Beautiful Home and Seamless Experience

Amazing home with every detail and convenience you could want for a super comfortable and easy, relaxing stay. The home is very spacious while also being quite private. Tracy really has thought of everything and we immediately felt at home. There was one item we forgot to bring with us and within hours Tracy had arranged to have it delivered for us... awesome. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Amazing house in an amazing location

The listing doesn't do this property justice. The photos of the view and ocean are only half as good as they are in real life. Tracy has done an amazing job taking care of this property and is incredibly responsive and diligent in making sure that you and your family have a wonderful time at her house. We spent a few days at the resort but honestly the peace you find spending time out on the patio with the doors wide open beat anything you'll experience down the hill.

Beautiful Home in a Picturesque Location

We had the pleasure of staying in this amazing home during our Easter 2024 vacation. The home had everything we needed - 4 ensuite rooms, each with their own private outside sitting area and outdoor shower - A beautiful outdoor living space with a pool, hot tub, BBQ + plenty of seating - top of the line appliances in the kitchen and the hostess provided us with coffee, spices and condiments. Tracy, our hostess was responsive and generous, allowing us to use the ohana for a late check-out as we had an overnight flight home. Shout-out to Michelle who came to provide us with massages (much more affordable than at the resort spa and amazing!) and to Chef Timothy who cooked a birthday meal for us. We appreciated having access to the golf carts to explore the resort and the restaurants onsite were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Yet Again

Once again our stay at Tracy’s home was amazing. Beautiful house, beautiful property, even better than the pictures. Tracy was super responsive and answered any and all questions. We had a super minor issue with one of the batteries in the golf cart dying (though the cart still worked) and within a few short hrs Tracy had it replaced and up and running again. Super responsive and willing to help address any concern/questions. Will definitely return to Tracy’s home next time we are in Hualalai. Do not hesitate, book Tracy’s home if you can. You will not regret it!

We have been renting homes for over 20 years when my family comes to Hawaii. By far Tracy's home is our most memorable. Spotless clean. Everything was just as advertised.Perfectly located inside Hulalalai resort of the Four Seasons Hotel. The golf course was a 5 minute golf cart ride from the house.Swimming pool with hot tub was used every day.I would highly recommend Tracy's home .We will be coming back again .Every email was answered within minutes. We requested a late checkout and Tracy had no promblem with our request since we had a night flight.Thank you again Tracy for making my familys trip excellent.

We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Hualalai annually for over 15 years. Now that our kids are teens we decided to rent a house instead of staying in hotel rooms. The extra space was terrific! We will definitely stay at this house again. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked and sunsets by the pool were beautiful!

We chose this property because it has a wonderful broad shoreline view with the intimacy of a beautiful private grassed and tropical landscaped interior courtyard. We enjoy the use of our intimate hot tub and fabulous pool.

Modern kitchen with commercial grade Wolf range and dual ovens and multiple dishwasher which is ideal for entertaining. The home is really a special place for families and romantic getaways.
