About the Home Owner: "Latitudes and Attitudes"

Many owners along 30A name their homes based on personalities and how they present their home. After 30 years of vacationing in the warmer weather whenever possible, and enjoying the relaxed Jimmy Buffett lifestyle, the name we chose for our house was based on a song JB sings explaining the further South you go to the warm climate, your attitude becomes more relaxed, calm, and you have a peaceful state of mind. This is what we want our guests to reflect on after vacationing in Our Paradise!!!

Latitudes and Attitudes at Inlet Beach is a retreat for friends and family to gather. The amenities will be everything we have experienced in our many trips to exotic destinations throughout our life. We bring the best of what we have seen and into our properties and offer an experience to our guests that they will remember a lifetime!!!

Inlet Beach, which was once part of “Old Florida”, has now flourished into the up and coming area on the Far Eastern side of 30A. With Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach only a short walk or ride, Inlet Beach is close proximity to everything you want, but also offers the quietness of a neighborhood with little traffic and the luxurious Aqua Blue Gulf and Fine White Sandy Beach.

Our Property offers the Best Views anyone could ask for. You can see for miles in all directions from any of the three amazing decks that offer both covered protection, or sun worshiping areas, depending on your mood and “Attitude” for the day!!!

Our private pool, which is one of the largest in the area, offers an area for lap swimming, or sitting on the sun shelf with a drink and a book in your hand with the chairs located in the pool. Children of all ages will enjoy the coolness of the water in the summer or be able to swim during the off-season when the pool can be heated.

Why this property:

Inlet Beach has become very popular as a Wedding Destination. With the extreme cost of Weddings at Rosemary or Alys Beach, many have chosen to gather for a Bonfire Dinner on the Beach as their rehearsal dinner, and to get married on the beach at Inlet, followed by a reception catered in the area. Our property can accommodate up to 20 persons and will give ample room for everyone to enjoy each other’s company, but also have privacy when wanted.

If you are looking for a Family Reunion, look no further. The kitchen at 220 W. Park Place Ave. is the envy of anyone who loves to cook. With 2 Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 1 Large Stove/Oven plus an extra oven, and 2 Sinks, this kitchen is great to work at and have a large feast!!! Many Family Reunions, Small Intimate Weddings, Thanksgivings, & Christmas Gatherings around the Fireplace will happen here!!! The Buffet area allows for hot food set ups and families to enjoy meals together with ample room for everyone.

Shopping, Eating, and Relaxation is just a short walk or drive from our Paradise. Rosemary Beach, 30A Avenue, Seacrest Beach, and Alys are all within walking, biking, or a short drive away.
