New 6br, Sleeps 24, Priv Heated Pool

This 6 bedroom house features 4 king rooms (with king sized beds) and 2 bunk rooms. Every room has its own en-suite dedicated bathroom so no bathrooms to share. There is a king bedroom on the 1st floor for elderly guests or for quests who do not wish to climb stairs.
The first floor also features a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room with oversized pantry, stainless appliances, and Quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary supplies including dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils, pyrex dishes, toaster, blender, and Keurig Duo Coffee maker (pot or single cup).

The outdoor entertainment/dining space boasts a 20' x 10' heated salt water pool. (The pool is heated on demand for a fee). Outdoor seating and a Weber charcoal grill make for a perfect entertainment area.
The sliding doors to the pool area have door alarms in place for groups with young kids. The yard features a sizeable, fenced-in grassy area for kids to run and play.

The second floor has its own dedicated living room as well as three bedrooms (Two king rooms and one bunk room). The bunk room has 4 built in queen beds.
All bunk rooms have a tub/shower combo and all King rooms have a walk in shower with custom frameless glass.
All rooms in the home have access to an oversized porch.

The third floor features the master king room and another bunk room with 4 queen over queen beds.
The master bathroom features a double vanity, tub and separate shower.


This home is is located on a large size lot. Private, yet conveniently located within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach access of Inlet Beach/Rosemary Beach.
The "Inlet Beach" access is the largest public access anywhere on 30A (All the way from Destin to PCB), with ample parking, restrooms and ramps for accessibility. This access on Orange St is only a short 500 yards from "Door to Door".
We are within walking distance (or a 1-2 min drive) from The famous "30A Avenues" shopping and restaurant complex. Multiple exceptional restaurants include Amigos (high end Mexican), Amici (Italian), Cuvee 30A (fine Dining), Aja (Asian fusion), Canopy Road (Breakfast and lunch), Goatfeather's Seafood Market and restaurant, and a new Gastropub coming soon. The famous "Donut hole" is also just a couple minutes away, as well as The Ice Market (Provisions), and "The Shoppes at Inlet".
Additional shopping and restaurants at Rosemary Beach are also just a 5 minute drive. ***Don't forget to Check out the Rosemary Farmers Market on Sunday mornings!


We provide a "Starter kit" of Amenities for our guests to get them going (After which the guest supplies) This includes: One Mini shampoo & Conditioner, soap and a toilet paper per bathroom, a mini liquid dish soap, a few dish tabs and trash liners, 1 dish sponge and 1 roll of paper towel for the kitchen).
All sheets and bath towels are provided.

We do NOT provide beach towels, as is standard in the area.
We do NOT provide any food items.
Pool heat fee is $50/day (covers gas expense to heat the pool and call out fees to turn the heater on/off)
There is parking for up to 5 cars.

NO STUDENTS GROUPS. MIN AGE TO BOOK AND STAY IS 25 YEARS OF AGE (except minors/children with accompanying parent, of course). Age verification required.
NO events (Weddings, Parties etc). Only guests residing at the property are permitted to be there.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.
