Bay Breeze is a stylish home overlooking the Links golf course and the bay. It's a three bedroom (two master suites), three bathroom townhome in the Fairways neighborhood in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It has an over sized patio for outdoor dining and lounging. The comfort and views will make this your perfect vacation spot.

*Please note: A private pool/hot tub at the home is currently being installed. Updated photos will be added once installation is complete.

Highlights of the home are listed below:

* One six-seater and one-four seater golf cart included

* Sleeps 10 in beds - most comfortable for a max of 6 adults and children

* Two master bedrooms, with private bathrooms, both on second floor

* Third bedroom on the first floor with a king bed

* Private dock to relax, fish, or feed the ducks and turtles

* Parking available for two cars

* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking

* Access to two heated pools, both with a zero entry and both less than a five minute ride away!

* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (a five minute walk) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply)

* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply)

* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Catch and release policy for the ponds, and a fishing license is required for bay/gulf fishing

* TVs in all bedrooms

* Bicycle rentals available at the Sandestin marina (Fees apply)

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season.

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

The house is immaculate and very accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Golf carts were perfect for our trips around the area, and the location of the home was perfect, due to its proximity to the entrance, but far enough away to where you weren’t overwhelmed with traffic. The host was great to work with, very helpful in every way. Definitely recommend this place to families big or small.

Unfortunately my vehicle substance some damage from a golf ball, recommend bring a padded cover to protect your vehicle. Comfortable and Clean - Great Location and Amenities

We have stayed in the Sandestin community previously, so we chose the area based on the proximity to shops, dining, and beaches with the ease of a golf cart. Having two golf carts was great for our set up, and the condo was exactly as expected, and came with all the smaller amenities that we would need - plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc for our group. But the best part was the view. We chose this condo for the private patio and the incredible views from the deck and it did not disappoint. Tracy was also exceptional with communication before and during our stay. No surprises here - everything is clean and comfortable with great access to everything!

My only complaint is the bugs in the back yard…nothing a citronella candle couldn't cure. Bought one and the bugs went bye-bye. Other than that, a wonderful trip. Everything was as expected and as described. There was plenty of room for adults and young adults to commingle. Would love to come back.

Perfect Stay

I can't say enough good things about staying at Bay Breeze. Traci was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. The views are amazing and the kids had fun feeding the turtles and fishing in the backyard. The location of the property within sandestin was more on the quiet side, but a quick golf cart ride to all the amenities. We are looking forward to planning our next trip back to bay breeze!!

Truly Amazing!

Wow! After taking a few days to decompress and reflect on this trip I still struggle to come up with words that will do justice. This home was the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From Kitchen gadgets, tons of pots and pans all the way to any baby items you might need. The interior of the home is beautiful and so well appointed. We had an incredible time on the porch looking out at the golf course as well as the short walk across the golf course to view some truly majestic sunsets. We will be keep this place in mind and booking in the future when we have this size group again. Do yourself a favor and book this home for a low stress and relaxing vacation.

This house is so nice and very accommodating for my family. Love the location because it is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The two golf carts were a plus!! Didn’t even have to rent a car. That was our second time of staying there and we will definitely be back. And Traci is great to work with!!

The home was perfect for our family of 10. The place was very accommodating and nicely decorated.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. We loved having the golf carts. The view was beautiful of the bay and the outside area including the deck over the small lake was perfect. Inside we had all the comforts of home from a very nice kitchen, to comfortable beds. The kids loved their little nook under the stairs and having all the items, including gates was perfect for our 11 month old granddaughter.

Property is amazing. Cleaning crew did not finish cleaning till 4:30 so check in was delayed. I’d suggest having outside sprayed for gnats/ mosquitoes. At times we couldn’t walk outside. We have vacationed at Sandestin for 25 years. We love it !!!

Spring Break Fun
