The Condo enjoys wonderful views and benefits from fantastic sunsets. In a peaceful location on Marco Island yet within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Good facilities within the complex including easy and adequate parking.

Excellent condo on Marco Island beach

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at Ralph and Hilaria's condo at South Seas Club on Marco Island. They were very prompt responding to email communication. The condo has a great location on the beach and adjacent to Tigertail State Park. South Seas has a wide assortment of excellent amenities including pools, pickleball & tennis courts, gym, etc. There is a nice view of the sunset over the Gulf from the condo porch deck. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We would highly recommend this VRBO unit.

Wonderful place

The unit has been recently updated , the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc are all new. The unit was very clean, in a quiet location, even if it is the first unit next to the elevator. Beautiful views of the ocean from both bedrooms and living room. The resort is very well maintained, nice tennis and pickle ball courts. The pool area is a little too small for the 2 19-floor buildings it serves.

Great time on Marco

We enjoyed a two week stay on Marco, the condo was convenient, clean and comfortable. The weather was unbelievable high 70s low 80s in February had the doors open all night every night. The beach is a 6-8 minute walk no big deal unless you like a lot of beach equipment, we are beach walkers so didn’t need to lug beach equipment. We found so many sand dollars we took some back to the beach on our last morning walk. We visited several area restaurants for dinner and all were great.

Enjoyable stay on Marco Island

We were here for a month (late February through late March) and really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It served as a nice home base from which we could explore all the fun things to do on the property and the Island. The condo was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The living room and bedrooms each have a lovely view of the Gulf overlooking Tigertail Beach off the balcony. There is access to a lot of nice amenities including swimming pools, a gym, tennis and pickleball, and there are several miles of beautiful beach to enjoy. Last but not least, the owners were very responsive to any questions we had and were a pleasure to deal with.

Great Getaway

Property and unit just as described, and made for a great time with friends. Comfortable for four adults, plus an extra twin bed if needed. Kitchen ‘almost’ fully equipped (a blender would be nice for frozen drinks). Heated pool was comfortable temp to enjoy while ambient air was as low as 70 with constant sea breeze. Hosts very helpful answering questions in preparation for packing. Good amount of beach supplies. Cart available in unit for help in getting to shoreline which is 10-15 min walk through cool, white sand. Ample parking. Easy walk to a few local, popular restaurants.

Natural Beauty

There are so many things to love at this condo. Here is my top 10: 1) Gorgeous sunsets from balcony 2) Very comfortable beds 3) beautiful condo furnishings and stocked kitchen 4) large, deep heated pool 5) very nice tennis courts 6) beaches not crowded 7) close to many great restaurants and shops 8) gated community—felt very safe 9) Host is very responsive with communication—excellent 10) Excellent value—Cost of this condo was priced $600-1000 less than others. This condo is located on North Marco Beach, which in my opinion is far more beautiful that South Marco Beach. North Marco Beach has sand dunes, inlets, dolphins, white soft sands, and close to Rose Marina (if you want to take a boat tour). We visited south beach to take a look and were turned off by the rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas lining the beach of the big chain hotels. Not our style. If you love natural beauty, gorgeous sunsets and less crowds, this is the place to stay!
