Nous avons également une salle dédiée aux activités sociales où vous pouvez vous joindre à d'autres dans des jeux de cartes ou des rassemblements sociaux, des jardins magnifiquement aménagés et la section de plage la plus populaire pour les bombardements, la marche et qui est un habitat naturel pour la faune locale.

Fantastic AND Kid Friendly

Wonderful condo - best view around - very family friendly. We enjoyed our Marco Island vacation with our sons - ages 6 and 8...they were delighted to find plenty of beach toys to play with, and loved the heated swimming pool. We even enjoyed an unexpected beach fireworks show on New Year's Eve - with a perfect front row seat on the balcony. I will rent this condo again - I highly recommend it.

First time staying on Marco

We had a very good time the condo is very nice very clean and well equipped everything went very smoothly. We did not know that we had to pay $100.00 dollars to park our car until we arrived and went through our welcome package so that was a surprise also I had to take my wife to urgent care one morning some info in the welcome package on were to go would be nice to know also. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely go back

Hi Ken, Thanks for your review. We appreciate it very much. I apologize for you not getting info on the urgent care. Normally I send out all that info about a week before your stay. I don't know how that got missed, however, I will mention to my agent that having that info in their welcome package is a good idea. Also, I did disclose that there is a $100 registration fee that is separate from the VRBO fees and payable to the condo association upon registering. Christmas trip

I’ve been meaning to reach out to you. Your place was lovely and we so enjoyed it. We’ve rented lots of condos over the years and yours, by far, was stocked the best. I told the ladies at the rental office when I returned the keys. You thought of everything we needed for the beach….even down to freezer blocks for the coolers. The kitchen had everything and I loved there being salt/pepper, dishwasher pods, dish liquid, garbage bags, etc. The beds and pillows were great. We all got very good rest. My husband who calls himself a pillow snob slept great on your pillows. We also loved the complex. We played pickle ball everyday and felt comfortable letting the kids be at the pool and go from the beach to the condo without us at times. Thank you again. We will definitely want to rent it again when we’re back in Marco.

Great Shelling

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Marco. The positives include great shelling We found 30 + sand dollars and other beautiful shells when we got up early for our refreshing beach walks. The condo is large and comfortable and has everything you need. The deck is where we loved to hang out. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the sunrise or sunset due to the way it faces. The other residents were very friendly and helpful. Parking is in a covered garage and close to access. Lorraine was very nice to work with and when the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work she was easy to connect with to help. Our disappointment was the distance to the beach. You can see it from the room but it is easily a 1/2 mile walk to get there. I was also disappointed to see the washer/dryer is not in the unit. It was very close to the room though. You need to load a creditcard in the lobby to use it.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate it and are happy that you enjoyed our condo. We do try to make it just like home. Although the condos are on the beach, the beach is very deep. The only accommodations that are closer to the water are the hotels at the other end of the beach Other than that Marco beach in general has a walk to the water's edge. None of the condos in South Seas Northwest other than a few on the first floor are allowed to have washers or dryers in the apartment. However, as you mentioned we are very close to the laundry room and it is just 15 steps from the door. Thanks again for your review. Lorraine

Perfect location and view

This was the first time we rented a condo. We are normally a hotel family, but our teenage daughter was bringing a friend with her, so we needed 2 rooms. From immediately after renting this condo, until after checking out, the communication from Lorraine, the owner, and also the property managers was fantastic! As other reviews mention, Lorraine has everything that you would need for the beach in the condo. The walk out to the beach from the condo is almost a half of a mile, so be prepared to walk on a beautiful beach to get to the water. The location is so close to many restaurants that were easy to walk to. The view from inside the condo and also from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo looks just like the pictures show it. Wonderful experience. On a side note, the hot water heating wasn't working when we went to take our first showers. I called and left a message with the property managers on a Saturday, and someone called back very shortly, telling me that they had already called out a plumber, and we did not need to wait for the plumber, We went to the beach, and came back a few hours later, and it was fixed. Very well done!

Marco Magic All Over Again

My wife and I just returned from our annual stay on beautiful Marco Island. We’ve been to the Riviera Maya region in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, but by far, our favorite place to vacation is Marco Island. Of the several condos we have rented over the years, unit 707 in Tower 3 of the South Seas complex is the best. The view is spectacular, it is clean, it has been totally updated, and it is always well equipped. Having a full kitchen allows us the opportunity to cook at the condo when we want, and having a second bedroom and a second full bathroom provides us the opportunity to invite friends or relatives to come and stay with us. With patio doors off both bedrooms and the living room, which all lead to a covered lanai, we always spend a lot of time outdoors just relaxing. We are already booked for next year and we can’t wait to go back.

Two Week Stay at Seahaven Tower 4

This was our 3rd year of staying in Marco Island. We've stayed at various cities in Florida previously, and we like Marco best. There is less traffic, more local restaurants to choose from and a lovely beach area at Tiger Tail. The weather is great at the time of year that we visit (Spring).

This was a very clean, attractive property and we enjoyed our stay very much.

One of the best features was the amazing patio. The unit is well stocked with the items you need on a longer vacation. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciated having access to a vacuum cleaner, a swifter, and some windex to keep things tidy. Many places do not provide these things. The pool is very nice. The covered parking garage was also very nice to keep our car “cool” and dry. We also made daily use of the fitness center which was most convenient.

Lovely condo with great views and nice amenities.

We have stayed in this condo several times now and always impressed with it's upkeep and cleanliness. Also stocked well with all the amenities you need to move right in. Owners are very responsive to any needs and keep us informed of necessary news about the island as well as condo building itself. We love the pool and beach area but mostly we love it's location and most of all the balcony and our view from the 7th floor. Will return again next year!!

Marco 2018

Our condo was amazing, as usual. A little bit busier than usual (the secret is out that Marco is the best), guests being loud and not following the rules. I think the screening process for guests needs to be improved, otherwise, perfect location, amenities, etc.

Hi Becky, Thanks so much for your review. This was a very busy year in Marco. Because of Hurricane Irma last fall, there has been more contractors in the building which increases the noise and confusion. Normally owners are not allowed to do work during the on season. I think there was just so many extra people there this year that rules were lax. We have not had this problem before and usually in March it is pretty busy there every year. Hopefully next year will find a more relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely property with responsive owners

Well stocked condo with the best views on the beach. Love being on the north end of the island with restaurants within walking distance. The balcony is the best part of the condo and has expansive views of beach, water and pool. Any beach item you might need is here. Same for kitchen supplies. The owners are very responsive to questions or problems and easy to work with. The pictures posted of their condo are all accurate; less a couple of trees gone during the hurricane. We will continue to return to this particular condo as long as we can!!

Great place to stay, Beautiful View.

Everything was great. Beautiful pool. Clean and enough chairs and tables for everyone. Very strict on young children jumping, yelling or bringing small toys into the pool, and of course throwing any sort of balls. The condo was convenient, comfortable, very clean. The availability of items such as the mini vacuum was good. It worked great picking up and sand from the ceramic or debris on the carpets so you didn’t track it everywhere especially in bed. Regardng the bed, I rarely am able to sleep in bed on vacation because the beds are beat. I’m glad to say that I did have a good night’s rest “in bed” during my stay. Also, we were very appreciative of the cart and beach chairs. I did not realize the distance to the beach. But from my perspective, it was a little exercise….you just had to be prepared with everything before going to the beach, because we weren’t coming back because you forgot something. Having the Cable TV & Wifi was great to have to wind down the day after a long day at the pool or beach.

Hi Greg, We are very happy that you were pleased with our condo for your vacation needs. With regards to the pool, the rules are changing and right now there is a committee to look at them. Children have been allowed to bring small toys in the pool and I am not sure why it was not allowed when you were there. They do not allow balls because there has been rough play with footballs in the pool and standers by and children get hurt when someone hurtles a football and the catch is missed by the intended recipient. The rules are being reviewed to allow normal play but not allow play in the pool that would hurt others. Diving is not allowed for safety reason, which is common in most condo associations. Thanks for your comments as it is good to be able to explain the need for some of the rules.

Home away from home

This is our seventh year staying in this beautiful unit. Steps away from the pool & beach with gorgeous views. The unit is always immaculate and stocked with all of the comforts of home. Well prepared, clean unit with fantastic views

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on Marco Island. We couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner or better prepared unit. Everything needed for a stay at the beach was provided. Fantastic views from each room and the balcony.The owner also left a wealth of information on restaurants and places to go on Marco. Parking was indoors and security visible at the complex. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. We'd love to arrange another stay.

Yet another wonderful stay on Marco Island

My wife and I recently stayed at unit 707, Tower 4, at the South Seas Club. As always, the unit was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay special. This was the first time we stayed for two full weeks and it wasn't near long enough. We have stayed at other units at the South Seas and for us, this is by far the best we have ever rented. We couldn't wait for next Spring, so we've actually booked it again for August of this year to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

If you are looking to rent on Marco Island, this is the condo for you. My family just returned from a couple of weeks in Lorraine's unit in South Seas on Tigertail Beach. It was our best vacation in Marco so far. We love Tigertail - it's right out the door with remarkable shelling and the opportunity to be off the beaten path in no time if you want some quiet and solitude in nature. There are volumes of wildlife around, including tons of birds, because of the natural areas to the North of the building. This unit faces the beach with beautiful sunsets, and a view of the pool (which we liked as our family often divided up - but we could find each other easily). The deck is in the sun and has nice furniture in great condition - and plenty for about 6-8 people. South Seas keeps the pool about 83-86, which makes it an option even on a cloudy or breezy day. We used it every day of our vacation! Lorraine's unit is well maintained, and you can tell they care about their home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures felt more like a vacation home and less like a beach cottage (i.e. more like something you want to sit on than something that could be covered in sand). At the same time, we have a 3 and 5 year old and nothing was too fragile or frightening for us (which is sometimes a concern, as you might imagine!) The unit is the most well-stocked we've ever experienced as well. Everything from beach equipment (chairs, cart, umbrellas, sand shoes, toys, fishing and shelling gear) to household basics (loads of dishes, great pots and pans, bedding (including the possibility of sleeping another 2 people), even kid-sized cups and utensils) to rainy-day supplies (puzzles for all ages, books, movies, and games). Lorraine (the owner) is outstanding to work with. She moved around some personal plans to make this work for us; was in contact with us before, during and after our stay; and when a couple of things went awry in the unit (little details like a cracked handle on the sliding door), she gave us easy resources to remedy them. I would rent any unit from Lorraine again in a heartbeat. And if you have a chance to stay here, you won't be sorry!

Lovely condo

Lovely condo that is well taken care of. Comfortable and well appointed. The owner stays involved and committed to keeping it nice for her guests. Big screen TVs in 3 rooms make it nice for extra company too. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the owner also has many books and DVDs available for usage. We've stayed at South Seas many times but this condo has been the nicest. Love the pool and beach area. Great parking and easy access to area restaurants. We love Marco!

We are Bill and Lorraine. We live in NH and have been coming to Marco Island for the past 30 years. We have owned this condo for 25 years. We love Marco and wish we could get there more often, especially in the winter.

We enjoy being able to rent to others so they can experience the Marco Island Paradise. We are very conscientious about renting and feel a great responsibility to have everything in good order for our guests. I have made many friends through renting.

When looking for our condo we visited many condos on the beach. We couldn't find anything that compared with South Seas. From the amenities to the shade offered around the pool to the beautiful 55 acres, we were hooked. We purchased in Tower III and as the years passed our infatuation with Marco only grew. When in the market for a second condo we again looked at many condos and again came back to South Seas as it was just the most unique place on the beach. So we bought a second condo in Tower IV. We now only have our Tower IV condo.

From the amenities in South Seas to the many activities both on the water and on land in and around Marco there is always something to do.

We love the friendship at South Seas. It is nice to sit under the chickee huts and meet people from all over the world. It makes for a very pleasant afternoon chatting with people who we did not know before.

It is just a paradise and we love it.

We fell in love with the long balcony that offers a gorgeous view of the beach and the Gulf. It is so relaxing to sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the view and breeze. South Seas Club has added 8 Pickle Ball Courts, Bocce Ball , Shuffle Board, and a Putting Green. That leaves 7 tennis courts. There is a great exercise room and if I wasn't so lazy I would use it. Also the Social Room does offer organized socials and card games during the on season.

There is just so much to love about this complex.
