Beautiful new 4BR villa 1.5 from Bethany Boardwalk! Save with early booking!

Gorgeous, brand new 4BR/3.5BA villa in the prestigious, resort style and amenity-laden new community Ocean View Beach Club. The home features two master suites (one of which is on the first floor), full gourmet kitchen, and tastefully decorated throughout.

The property is only about 1.5 miles to the famous Bethany Beach Boardwalk with awesome shopping, restaurants and huge playground. Ride your bike (provided) or jump on the beach shuttle that leaves from the clubhouse every hour in season.

Please note there is now a community charge for the pool/clubhouse amenities of $30 per week, per person or $5 per day. This is something being done by most beach communities now. Check out the gorgeous community clubhouse and all the amenities here:

The Ocean View Beach Club community features resort style living with an abundance of amenities. The centerpiece is the 9,000 SF clubhouse, which features a library and billiards room, multi-purpose rooms plus full kitchen, state of the art fitness center, resort-style locker rooms, mens and womens sauna, steam and massage rooms as well as a huge swimming pool complete with kiddie pool and water-volleyball for the older kids. There is also a large seating area around a massive fire pit. Right next to the pool is a multi-purpose sports court that can be used for basketball and pickle-ball.

In addition to community parks, trails and gardens, Ocean View Beach Club is also located about 1/2 mile from the Guy Street Kayak and Paddleboard launch. You are welcome to use our paddleboards/kayak and head over to the launch which provides immediate access to the 97 acre Assawoman Canal that connects to the Indian River and Little Assawoman Bays.

The home itself is 2.527 SF and features two large master suites, each with queen beds, as well as two additional upstairs bedrooms (one with a queen and the other bunk beds). Additionally there is a large loft/rec room area upstairs with tv and comfortable seating area.

Great Time with family

Awesome house close to the beach

The house was clean and spacious with amazing comfy beds. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We could bike to the Beach but also loved having the pool and clubhouse. Marina was great and made everything very easy.

Great reprieve.

1st time in Bethany

Had a beautiful 1st week in Bethany. The house was very comfortable and convenient to a lot of attractions in the area. The community pool was a nice attraction. A couple of surprises were that the community shuttle to beach is only on weekends and parking at the beach is metered pay by the hour. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and requests!!

Summer Fun at the Beach

We spent the last week in June at Bethany Beach and had a great time. Weather was beautiful, the water was warm (enough:), parking was available, and it wasn't too crowded. Having all of the beach gear (chairs, coolers,etc...) available from the VRBO was a HUGE help. Our VRBO had a ton of space and really felt like a vacation at the shore with it's decor and furnishings. Lots of fun. We'd do it again.

Beautiful beach home

The beautiful beach decorations and furniture it’s my first attracted us to the property. It was so beautifully decorated. Four bedrooms was a perfect set up for our family! We would love to come back again!

Why they chose this property

This property has the best of all that an amenity filled resort has yet still be close enough to bike/walk to the beach. Most other communities with the clubhouse/pool/fitness center are at least 3-5 miles from the beach. Here you get proximity plus amenities. And, it's brand new!
