The Unit was very nice. it had a great view but the owner left minimal supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels. dishwashing detergent etc.

We liked parking on the floor of the condo. Condo was very nice with great views. 3rd floor was perfect for the view and hearing the ocean. Condo had lots of room! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The listing was very accurate in its description of the rooms and the kitchen. The parking on the same level as the room was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river well as the balcony and the ocean view.

For the Price - you can do better overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we walked into a pool of water coming from the built in ice-maker, stained carpet, stained couch, and a broken outside chair - so one less to eat at the table. The description of the kitchen amenities (we cook every night) was bogus. For example, the knife butcher block did not have all the knives. Two coffee pots, only one carafe. The master toilet leaked from the handle a bit. The unit wasn't cleaned very well. There was grit on the kitchen counters that we wiped down upon arrival, for example. The place just seems neglected. We did call for maintenance to fix the ice maker, which they did. The beach proximity is great. That is a plus. Fitness area - no complaints. Lazy river - pool area: no complaints other than we are fairly certain Hampton Inn guests from next door were using the area, as well. The condo is spacious, the bedrooms suited our needs. We made the best of it because we were at the beach, but next year - we already booked at Turquoise for roughly the same price.

PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH UNLOADING AND PARKING

The condo was beautiful and our stay was great. The only exception to this was the unfavorable way to off-load personal belongings at check-in and also the 55. Per vehicle parking charge. There is not a safe/secure place to off-load your luggage and personal belongings and groceries at check-in. The slant of the parking garage and trying to off-load belongings into the carts, is a bit dangerous especially with traffic flowing through the garage as well as the cart trying to roll downhill while you are trying to off-load. There needs to be a flat area/15 minute off-loading area available. Also you don’t need to charge your guests for parking of two vehicles. I understand if you have multiple vehicles…..over two, I agree with the charges. But I paid 3 x 55. For our vehicles to park….and one of the vehicles only parked in the garage for a few hours one day. This was ridiculous.

We loved having parking on the same level as the room. It was just a short distance from parking to the room. None of us care for being up too high so the third floor was perfect! We had a great view from the spacious balcony. Beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this rental.

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.

The parking garage at our 3rd floor level was very convenient. The family all enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The only suggestion I can think of would be to have complimentary beach towels in the units. We will definitely return in the future.

Property was as advertised, 3 large rooms and roomy living area with plenty of seating. Great view of Lazy river below and the Ocean. A few cloudy days which were even better than the sunny ones, still enjoyed the beach with chair rentals. Kids loved it as well as adults. Also great places to eat all around Orange Beach.

Family Time

We needed to have some fun before grands started school. The weather was Great. Beach was great. Condo was very nice and comfy. Had everything we needed. Will stay there again.
