Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances plus a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig and Lenox China, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We liked parking on the floor of the condo. Condo was very nice with great views. 3rd floor was perfect for the view and hearing the ocean. Condo had lots of room! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The listing was very accurate in its description of the rooms and the kitchen. The parking on the same level as the room was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river well as the balcony and the ocean view.

Property was as advertised, 3 large rooms and roomy living area with plenty of seating. Great view of Lazy river below and the Ocean. A few cloudy days which were even better than the sunny ones, still enjoyed the beach with chair rentals. Kids loved it as well as adults. Also great places to eat all around Orange Beach.

Absolutely loved the property and the room! It was so clean and I loved the fact that the security guards actually did their job! The lazy river and slide were a huge hit with the kids! We will be back!

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.

Condo was nice, except for the leak

The condo complex is very nice. Wait times for elevators was great, as they were short. There was a leak in our unit which required us to have to keep swapping towels on the floor every 3 hours or the water would be all over the hallway/kitchen area. Other than that nice place. Beach area was nice also.

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in, it was a dream. On-site, covered parking steps away from the unit was fantastic. Every employee we encountered at the property was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and so spacious! Our kids enjoyed the TVs and wifi during downtime and they loved sitting out on the balcony with us to eat and watch the sunset. Beach access was convenient, and the lazy river and indoor pool were a great way to enjoy the water while taking a break from the sun. We could not have asked for more!

PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH UNLOADING AND PARKING

The condo was beautiful and our stay was great. The only exception to this was the unfavorable way to off-load personal belongings at check-in and also the 55. Per vehicle parking charge. There is not a safe/secure place to off-load your luggage and personal belongings and groceries at check-in. The slant of the parking garage and trying to off-load belongings into the carts, is a bit dangerous especially with traffic flowing through the garage as well as the cart trying to roll downhill while you are trying to off-load. There needs to be a flat area/15 minute off-loading area available. Also you don’t need to charge your guests for parking of two vehicles. I understand if you have multiple vehicles…..over two, I agree with the charges. But I paid 3 x 55. For our vehicles to park….and one of the vehicles only parked in the garage for a few hours one day. This was ridiculous.
