Bathrooms feature elevated granite countertop vanities and tiled shower areas. Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and new furnishings with everything needed to cook like you were at home. Enjoy stylish new furniture throughout unit with new mattresses and a 2nd King sized bedroom. Carpeting in all 3 bedrooms. New Top LOADING LG WASHER AND DRYER!! There is an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING SPACE associated with this unit.

This is a great condo for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated and lots of amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook a variety of meals. We did not use the pool or beach, but both areas looked clean and well-maintained.

Monica’s condo was fantastic. The place was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space. Monica was super attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was probably my favorite place I have stayed in 30 years of visiting the coast!!! Five stars!!!!

Last minute spring break trip

We decided to take our kids on a spring break trip and it was a great place to stay. We were able to get in a few hours early and stay a few hours late. We celebrated a dear friend's birthday in Orange Beach and couldn't have chosen a better unit to rent. It was clean and very well-decorated. The unit owner reached out promptly with instructions, making the overall check-in process easy. We really liked where the unit was situated in the complex, too. Great property- everything was so easy! Covered parking was in the basement so it was easy to just leave our beach stuff in the back of the truck instead of hauling it up to the room. Balcony was nice with seating. Plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Good clean spot! We have no complaints

Everything about the condo and its surroundings lived up to expectations. We both cooked in and dined out. Grocery stores and restaurants were easy to reach. The weather remained good and we enjoyed the beach and the pools. My one suggestion is I would have loved a comfortable chair in the master bedroom to sit in and read. There is really no place to do this when the living space is filled with people with the tv going. Otherwise, things were perfect. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This condo perfectly met the needs of our two families-4 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable. We spent the majority of the time at the beach and pool. Extremely relaxing and beautiful. A short 3 day stay at this great condo. Owner was very communicative and responsive to needs. Location is great with easy access to the beach and some great restaurants nearby. Zeke’s which is across the street is highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a vacation rental in Orange Beach because we vacationed in the area for 10 years and loved the beauty of the area. There is plenty of shopping and Restaurants and there is still plenty of large expanse of beach which is protected and prevents the area from becoming over commercialized.

What makes this property unique

The unit is so nicely furnished and decorated that it feels like home. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes cooking a breeze, the front loading LG washer and dryer is quick and quiet just like the one at home. The fridge is brand new as well as the dishwasher which is silent! The beach and pool is just an elevator ride away. The new patio furniture is welcoming when you sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. It is truly a home away from home.
