All was good. Just a few things: no dishwasher soap( didn’t know yo bring our own), bathroom floor was dirty, a keurig coffee maker would be nice. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed Phoenix 7.

The condo was very comfortable for 2 adults. A/C was great and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We were greeted with a very strong spice odor, I am assuming from cooking by the previous renter, which lingered the entire stay. One of the 2 coffee makers could be updated to a K-cup and the television could be updated to a smart TV to allow guest to stream their subscriptions. Wifi was dependable. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Your suggestions for updating the coffee maker and TV are much appreciated, and we’ll certainly consider them. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back in the future!
Everything was fantastic! Loved the condo. We were a little bummed that were no blankets for the sofa bed. All that we had was the fitted sheet on there. The master bed had droplets of blood on the sheets. Ewww! Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay & would love to come back some time!!
The young lady working the front desk Memorial Day morning was the rudest woman I have ever spoke with. People like her will definitely send your business elsewhere.

Might be our last stay in OBA
I have stayed in Phoenix properties since I was a child. We have stayed in many condos over the years.never had issues- this time- Our bathroom smelled like urine . Mold in the sink, the refrigerator was clean inside but the kick plate fell off the entire time exposing a disgusting mess under the refrigerator. The bathtub had mold places all around the caulk.
The trash can in the kitchen had something funky under the bag. It just overall did not feel like a nice clean place to stay.
I could have overlooked all of those things had it not been for the second night of our stay while we were on the beach , kids catching crabs and enjoying the beautiful full moon - we had all of our belongings from the beach nicely folded up in our beach wagon and parked at the entrance to the boardwalk access for the condo - the “coastal resources”’truck came by and picked up our wagon containing all of our beach towels, awning, toys etc.
we were still present on the beach and again- it was nicely folded and tucked into our wagon with all of our shoes placed right beside it- no trash, no coolers. Our phone number and name was on the wagon. And we were maybe 50 yards from the wagon. They dumped our sand pail out containing our shells the kids had gotten that day and took all of our things.
We returned to pull out wagon back to the condo and to our surprise it was gone. This was at 9:57 pm. No one could help us, front desk said it’s “just gone”
