We had a wonderful visit at this property. Great kitchen with everything you’ll need. The views are spectacular. Spent lots of time sitting on the lounge in the front window enjoying it. Evenings in the hot tub listening to the waves and watching the stars was heavenly. We’ll be back.

We will definitely stay here the next time we are Yachats! It's the best...location, comfort, cleanliness, convenience...and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Watching the tides, hikes, great food and beers, etc....the best!

Property Manager is really good with communication prior to and during stay. The sun umbrella for front porch was a great addition! Kitchen pretty well stocked, most seasonings and basic coffee (only 1-2 days of coffee so bring extra Kcups). For groups it's good idea to bring 2-3 rolls of extra TP and extra roll of paper towels.

Wonderful stormy stay

This house was in a great location-walkable to everything. Beautiful views and unique/timeless home. We appreciated the views. The basement game room entertained nieces and nephews during stormy, windy weather. Cozy warm for an older home. Great kitchen, eating area and living area with great light and views. Walk to town. Walk to tide pools. Walk to grocery store. Tremendous views from both levels. The house is clean and nicely decorated. All the furnishings were comfortable. This is a well planned vacation rental. And the hot tub with fabulous view was clean and just the perfect temperature.

We absolutely loved the location. The kitchen was fun for the cooks, and the walk ability was superb. We have 2 very tall (6’7”) family members and I had inquired prior to our stay making sure they would clear doorways and ceilings. They had to duck thru all the entryways and both hit their heads numerous times on the corner between the kitchen and dining. No major injuries, but if you have very tall family you might choose a different home.Also we were looking forward to the games downstairs, but the musty mildew odor prevented the use of the space. Our trip was very fun, but for the price I felt these issues were a big bummer.

Needs some work

We’ve stayed here for several years & have loved it in the past. The property now needs some freshening up and definitely new beds! All three of the beds were uncomfortable, there are several area rugs that are curling and are definite safety hazards, piles of debris on deck etc.

Love the location and how this house optimizes the amazing views. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub after a cold plunge in the ocean. Only 1 shower, which I must have missed in the listing, but it worked. The bathroom is not well ventilated so it got musty quite quickly. No response from property management so something for them to explore for future renters.Overall would rent again!
