House was clean, comfy and the view was incredible. Had a really relaxing time with family there. An extra key would've been nice but otherwise everything was perfect.

The view from the house of the surf and ocean is excellent. Wonderful neighborhood to walk, easy walk to the north side of Yachats for businesses and 804 trail. Walk the Amanda Trail right from this house.

The Full Package!!! Stunning location, easy access, clean, pristine, crystal clear Hot Tub (chemicals were a bit strong, but good for shared use) Comfortable beds and Met amazing neighbors!!

Yachats may26-30 anniversary trip

This house is beautiful, quiet, spacious and clean. Had a relaxing time, went for gorgeous walks, and relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day. Hope to stay here again.

A lovely home

A video of a fireplace was on the Tv when we got there, what a nice touch. The walk to town was about a mile, with great views all the way.

Property was awesome. The view was terrific. The twin beds were a little too soft for a couple of us and the check out time was too early. 11:00 would have been perfect.

Wonderful

My 4 siblings and I took our Dad here for a weekend together without spouses and kids, haha. We had such a wonderful time. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was fun. The views of the ocean were amazing. It was a 10min walk to a nice beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

Views, hot tub, and friends

Worked well for me and my two friends for a girls weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved the hot tub and deck and the space is well positioned to spread out and to get together to play card games and craft. Will definitely stay again! One thing that would have been a plus is if they had a garage opener, it was a little clunky parking by/in the garage but having to have someone close it and then go around to the front door to secure the house when we'd leave.

Beautiful place to watch the ocean

Beautiful property and nicely decorated with a wide view of the ocean and crashing waves. Would be an ideal place for whale watching. The hot tub was definitely a perk.

Yachats Haven

The house was perfect for us, our son and daughter-in-law, and two tots (4 and 8 yrs old). It was spacious, well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, spices, etc., and had a beautiful unimpeded view of the ocean. The sandy beach itself was a short walk away along a very quiet road. The town of Yachats was about a 1.3 mile walk - very pleasant. Look forward to visiting this location again!

Ocean haven

The house had a fabulous location with ocean view up close! Almost 180 degree views from windows in house. Cool days were perfect for sitting in the hot tub. The main bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others.

Spring break Coastal Trip

My daughters and I stayed at this house for a spring break trip. The house looked right onto the beach but it was crashing into the rocks so you can not walk straight onto the beach from your location. However if you walk farther into the neighborhood there are stairs that take you down to a calm sandy beach. It was nice to wake up in the morning and watch the waves break while eating breakfast. The location is good but the town is small so if you want a bunch of restaurant and store options you should choose a larger city. We had to drive 30 minutes either way to go to Florence or Northport. The house was super clean and the open floor plan was great for our family. The furniture is a little dated but very comfortable. The bedrooms are nice but if you are traveling with young kids you will want to know that the master bedroom is on the completely opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. There is also a door into the master bedroom incase that makes you uncomfortable since you are on the ground floor. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would recommend this rental to others. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing.

Family

This home was our favorite house we have been to because of the beach access and overall functionality of the home. Our kids enjoyed the stay so much and didn’t want to come home. We were in town to visit my elderly grandmother and introduce her to our newest addition to our family.

Girls Weekend

6 of us ladies from Texas came to the Oregon Coast and we were blown away by the beauty. The location of the house was so perfect for viewing the ocean and listening to the waves. The house had everything we needed for a couple days stay. The only downside was there was a semi-strong moldy odor in the home. I’m guessing this was from the salty moist air and heavy fog that accompanied most days. Other than that, I want to go back!

Highly recommend and would stay again myself!

Everything was accurate to photos and description. Easy check-in and check out, perfect location in peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to beach and town, working hot tub, beautiful views, and you fall asleep to the sounds of the pacific ocean. I would say the only negatives for us were that we couldn’t figure out how to take the entire hot tub cover off and we would have liked a coffee pot/keurig to make coffee at the house, even if we needed to bring our own coffee/k-cups. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Fantastic location

This house is awesome! Love that it had 2 king beds and 2 full size couches. The hot tub and grill were a perfect way to unwind from a beach day. Talk about amazing views! We will be back for sure! Thanks so much.

Unexpected relaxing place

The pictures of the views truly do not give the property justice. After a 9 hour day of driving, the open living room with picture windows staring at the ocean tides was breathtaking. Since traveling with another couple, we thoroughly enjoyed the double couches and recliners that were situated in front of the picture windows so both couples could soak in the natural beauty. Great area for exploring nature, trails, and small nearby communities. We would love to bring our family back for more exploring and relaxing.

Really nice and relaxing place

The house was very nice and the location was perfect! Very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. Stop in and have dinner at the Drift Inn, their food was great!
