Our fridge didn’t work, so 5 hours after arrival, we called management who asked us to wait until morning because they thought it would be cold by then. Well, it wasn’t and the fridge smelled awful and our prepared food all spoiled. We were told they’d bring some dry ice right away so we could have some cold, but that didn’t come. Instead, they sent someone to fix it, but it couldn’t be fixed so they sent a loaner fridge and set it up in the living room. Not a huge deal, but it was filthy. So then they sent someone to clean it. Of course this is day two with no cold drinks and no ability to have refrigerated food, which is why you rent a condo rather than a hotel room. I asked again about ice because I was just desperate for a cold drink and they finally brought some ice so we could cool our drinks in a cooler. It was evening of the 2nd day before we could use our fridge, and by then we’d had to leave property to go eat, which we were trying not to do since it was a very short trip for us. The view was gorgeous, the place is clean, management was very nice but they should’ve brought us ice right away in the evening, after the fridge wasn’t cold the first day. Also, I forgot how much I hate the first floor. The people above us were SO LOUD! But the water was exquisitely beautiful, and I spent as much time in it as possible to not deal with the maintenance issues. Oh, I forgot the master toilet was being repaired the whole day as well. 😆🤪
