LaColombaia charming house with pool in the heart of Tuscan facing San Gimignano

The Farmhouse (Casa Colonica), purchased by the Rapi family in 1999, dates back to the sixteenth century and was lovingly restored to fully reflect its original style and materials.

The owners have thus created 2 apartments La Colombaia (The Garret) and Il Fienile (The Barn).

Lovingly renovated with the utmost care and attention, both apartments still retain their original features.

The wooden beams, the terracotta roof tiles and La Colombaia s original marble sink are in fact testimony to the place s conservative renovation.

The La Colombaia apartment represents the heart of this sixteenth-century farmhouse, and was once the farm s dwelling place. This totally renovated apartment measures 130 m² and sleeps 5 to 7 people in 3 rooms.

The separate entrance guarantees our guests privacy.

The living /dining room is situated on the first floor and is a very spacious and brightly lit area.

The kitchenette has an original marble sink, that is typical of old Tuscan farmhouses. There is a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher , a toaster, a kattle, an American coffee maker and Italian Moka coffee machine

The double room benefits from a private, en suite bathroom with shower. Furthermore there is also a room with 3 beds and a bathroom with tub.

The second floor has a double bedroom with a magnificent view of San Gimignano and the valley through an arched window.
