Good value for money accommodation

Great location, very comfortable accommodation, quiet, near to town, walled city, restaurants, coffee spots, shops and supermarket. Very good value for money. Would stay again.

Lovely spot

Great location if you’re visiting with a car. A free parking lot is close by and a little Main Street with shops is a short walk. The house is cozy and charming with a large first floor and kitchen. There isn’t a door or curtain on the shirt so that room gets wet, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Spacious gite in the St Servan neighbourhood

Excellent communication and flexibility for check in and check out. Clean and spacious gite - great to have two bedrooms. Brand new bathroom upstairs. Sorry walk to a lovely high street for bread, and parking was easy to find. Peaceful.Minor niggles: you only get one towel each for the week and as it was rainy most days, we weren't able to wash and dry them ourselves.

Perfection

Lovely home on a quiet street. Perfect walking to shops. Easy access parking. Smooth check in and out. Everything we needed and very comfortable. Great communication from owner and property manager. Can’t wait to visit ST Malo again and will definitely stay here.

Just Right!!!

It was clean and most importantly for us, quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, The bed and pillows comfortable and the shower was hot. It had lovely old world charm, a small garden to sit in and the shutters on the windows worked well. We liked being close to, but not in the Old city. The bus system was easy after a little research. There is a little supermarket and beach in walking distance. We thoroughly recommend this little home to anyone. Regards

Charming small property Ideal for a short stay in St Malo

Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. There is free street parking outside the property but you need to be on your toes to get a spot. There is also a large free car park 5 minutes walk away but during peak times this is invariably full.

It was ok.

It was ok for us. The central location is really nice. Bakery and all needed things you can get within a 5-min-walk. The old town is really nice! We really enjoyed Saint Malo! Kitchen stuffed with only the really needed things. And only one towel for each for one week and no towels for toilette and kitchen is too less. The climate in the ground floor is not really good. The furniture and decoration was done with love and it‘s aesthetic !

charmante maison de ville avec tout le confort, et idéalement située à notre goût. Rue commerçante à 5 mins à pieds avec restaurants, boulangerie, charcuterie, carrefour market ou qqch de ce genre prdépanner, petits magasins, traiteurs, poissonnerie, journaux….. à 20 mins à peine à pied d intra-muros. complexe sportif extérieur à 10 mins à pieds avec terrain de basket, football, piste de course, bump park. Stationnement aisé à côté de la maison. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire de la maison, qui a su nous arranger malgré un changement de programme de dernière minute ….Accueil à l arrivée chaleureux et souriant et informations de départ clairs. Une semaine réussie pour nous 3, mon fils de 11 ans mon conjoint et moi.

Petite maison agréable

Tout s'est bien passé, c'est une petite maison avec le minimum de ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger. Petit bémol on a dû partir avant l'arrivée de la dame à qui on devait remettre les clés, elle avait du retard on n'a pas réussi à la rejoindre. Mais la maison elle-même est très bien, bien fraîche avec ses murs épais.

Perfekter Kurztrip!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in individuellem kleinen Häuschen. Tolle Lage für die verschiedenen Stadtteile von Saint-Malo, zu Fuß und per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Gratis Parkplätze im nahen Umfeld, manchmal direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da. Gerne nochmal, danke Sabrina und Isabelle.

Déception

C'est bien décoré l'appartement mais c'est tout. Il est pas bien placé. Pour avoir le clé c'était très compliqué... On a dit une heure de rdv et ils ne sont pas venu. Une heure on a du attendre. Et elle était tellement stressée elle a ouvert la porte puis partir.

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est magnifique et confortable, proche des commerces et à quelques minutes de saint malo intra muros. Mention spéciale pour la décoration de la chambre parentale et de la salle de bains ! 😍

Logement conforme à la description. Hôte au top. Logement propre et bien agencé. Il manque pe un peu de rangement, armoires vides dans la cuisine, chambre et salle de bain. :) Et ce qui nous a manqué, un peu d'intimité dans la salon, la porte fenêtre qui donne dans la rue n'était pas top; pe mettre un autocollant opaque dessus (?); nous fermions le volet, mais alors nous ne profitions pas du soleil. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci.

Es war super. Es war genau so wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich war klein, aber uns hat er gereicht. Die Lage war perfekt. Das Einzige, was etwas zu bemängeln war, war die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Laut Angabe, wird deutsch, englisch und französisch gesprochen, allerdings ging deutsch gar nicht und englisch leider auch nur sehr schlecht. Ohne unseren Grundkenntnisse in französisch wäre eine Kommunikation fast nicht möglich gewesen.

Emplacement ideal

Location sympa. Mais quelques points a ameliorer notamment la propreté des placards de la cuisine et le frigo , surtout la partie congélateur qui serait a nettoyer, ou a changer au vu de l etat des joints. La personne qui nous a accueillie sur place était tres sympathique.

Bien pour un court séjour

Les + : l'emplacement, la surface, la baignoire, la propreté des lieux Les - : le linge de lit de mauvaise qualité (trot de lavage donc très rêche et désagréable, couette enfant trop petites) , le manque de vaisselles et grille pain. Dommage car avec cela le sejour passerait de correct à excellent
