What makes this property unique
private beach club on the gulf with all amenities, restaurant and on location parking! Resort style pool and clubhouse, and very well maintained. Just google West Bay Club, Estero and have a look for yourself. We chose this home because of the beach club, secluded quiet view, the finishing touches such as granite counter-tops, Florida tile.... and we have friends close by.
