Hermosa casa de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños ubicada en una zona tranquila, segura y de lujo, a aproximadamente 1. 5 millas de la playa en Pismo. Las habitaciones incluyen: una cama king, una cama queen y una cama matrimonial. Cocina completa, sala de estar con chimenea, sala familiar, tres televisores y un garaje doble. This is an awesome place not just for us but for my little 16 yr old Shitzu we definitely felt like at home. Everything is five to 10 minutes drive, the restaurant, markets, outlets, Trader Joe’s, post office and let’s not mention the little park just half a block away for our little four legged friend. We really enjoyed and we are definitely coming back. Thank you Maggie!

Fabulous rental and neighborhood! Beautiful home. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The home is spacious and inviting with vaulted and high ceilings. It's bright with lots of big windows. The sun deck is perfect for enjoying sunny days. The back yard patio was perfect for BBQs and relaxing. It was perfect for our dog, too. The kitchen was well equipped for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The guest rooms were lovely. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and great for walking our dog. The sunsets were breath-taking. The hosts were wonderful. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating when our plans changed. We had a fabulous 3 months staying. It felt like home. We were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this rental.

Beach Bliss!

Our family loved our 2nd experience in this Pismo Beach house. We once again loved the neighborhood, the close proximity to everything, and the wonderful hospitality of the owners. We would recommend staying here to anyone and look forward to hopefully coming back a 3rd time.

Great location in a great neighborhood

Hidden gem in Pismo Beach.

Thank you Margaret and Bob for our stay in your lovely Pismo Heights home. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. The highlight was the roof top deck with beautiful ocean views. Pismo Heights is a hidden gem in the Pismo area. Very quiet neighborhood nice for walks and a couple of nice parks. Our favorite was a 10-15 minute to the top of the hill to view the entire Pismo coastline. Thank you again for your hospitality. Audrene and Jim

Pismo Beach Bellissimo

Beautiful home in upscale neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The nicest home I have stayed at in SLO county. The home is well appointed and organized, there is everything you need. Nicer in person than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, great views of the ocean when walking and driving. Nice back yard and patio. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The owners are easy to work with and helpful. Perfect vacation home!

A Special Place

This house is very clean and bright. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing negative to mention. We have only positive things to say about this very nice Pismo Beach house. One great plus is the location up in the hills above the city. When it was socked in with fog at the beach for half a day, we had beautiful sunshine every day, all day, except 2, for a month! We look forward to staying here again. Many thanks to our hosts.

Fantastic Pismo Home

We stayed for 3 months while my son was finishing his degree at Calpoly. The location is perfect, it is very central to everything. There are so many great restaurants, beaches and hiking all within close proximity. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lovely views of the ocean as you walk the neighborhood. The home was extremely comfortable with plenty of seating and the king bed in the master was a major selling point for us. Bob and Margaret were terrific hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and were sad to leave. Thank you Bob and Margaret!

Wonderful house, great location, everything you need

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely Pismo house. It's beautiful - just as nice as the pictures reflect. The location is great. It's in a regular neighborhood with the nicest neighbors and tremendous views of the ocean just a half block away. Easy to get to everything. One of the most important things for us was that it was pet-friendly (though impeccably clean when we arrived), had a fully fenced backyard, and multiple sliding glass doors for our dogs to go in and out easily. The house is well-equipped with all that you really need plus some nice extra touches. And perhaps the best part is the responsiveness of the owners who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Great Pismo vacation home!

Bob & Margaret: We had a wonderful time at you home in Pismo Beach, it was really lovely. Your housekeeper did a fantastic job of cleaning the house for our visit, we have rented others, and this was exceptionally clean. The house is in a great location, close to everything and having a dog, the park a few houses down the street was a real plus as well as the nice fenced in backyard. It was short drive to the pier and the restaurants as well as the beaches and driving down the street you get a great view of the ocean. We found a wonderful beach at South Palisades Park off of Beachcomber Drive that had a nice staircase down to the beach and tides pools the kids could look in. Bob thank you for being so helpful and getting back to me on a timely basis when I texted you. Any future visits your home would be the one we would want to come back to.

Wonderful - Quiet - Very Clean

This is the best place we have rented in San Luis Obispo County so far. The hosts did a superb job in decorating this house for their guests - that would be us! And of course all those lucky enough to have rented before us. Plan way ahead if you want to stay in Pismo Beach at this great house located in a very nice, upscale, hilly section of Pismo, in a beautiful, safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of the ocean and beaches every time you drive the short distance down to the town or seashore. Great shopping is only 12 minutes away by freeway in San Luis Obispo, and access to all the best surrounding sites are only about 20 minutes easy drive, like the state parks, Morro Bay, etc. We loved every minute of our stay. We will rent again - oh yeah! Thanks so much!

September birthday

Welcome gifts, flowers and dog treats were appreciated. Bob was accessible and very helpful and responsive. Loved the house decor, bathrooms, window and flooring upgrades making the very comfortable. New kitchen cabinetry, modern appliances and kitchen lighting upgrades also appreciated. Instant hot and soft water was a real luxury. Appreciated Bob accommodating our request for sports channels and his efficient help with some of our technical difficulties. Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and convenient to the 5 cities, beach and freeway. House and Pismo informational book was very helpful. Propane barbecue appreciated. Couches, chairs and beds somewhat soft. Kitchen pots limited and utensils. Knives could be improved, especially sharp steak knives for guests that want to stay in and cook more than dine out. Microwave too high. Light for reading throughout house could be improved. Backyard had some issues: Tear down backyard wooden stairs if they should not be used. Perhaps add some pavers in trash can area making it easier to put heavy cans out to the curbside.

Hidden gem in Pismo Beach

Bob and Margaret's home has everything you need and more. I am one who cooks a lot and their kitchen was stocked with everything I could ever need. I am a bit of a clean freak so was super happy with how clean the house was. The location is perfect...20 minute walk to Pismo Beach pier and 15 minute drive to nearby SLO. We enjoyed our daily walks with our doggie in this upscale neighborhood that were accompanied with views of the ocean. We came to Pismo Beach on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. With their home being high up in the hills there's always a cool breeze so you can't beat the weather or the views. Bob and Margaret were fantastic hosts from minute one. We had a generous gift basket full of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. They were good at checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and quick to respond if we had any questions. Highly recommend and hope to come back next summer and do it all over again. :)

Fantastic Pismo House!

My husband and I stayed a month in this beautiful quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. The beds were AMAZING. It was so nice to have a king size in the master, and the fact that it was so comfortable was a HUGE bonus. The house upon arrival was squeaky clean with spacious closets. The decor was alluring and furniture so comfortable. Their home had everything we needed including a lovely back yard space. Bob and Margaret were super attentive with all communications, from the get go. Thank you for a perfect stay! We will be in touch as we loved this beautiful home and was just what we needed! Fabulous Pismo Vacation!

We had the best 2 months in this vacation rental! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located close to many places of interest. The house accommodates 6 people comfortably, and is minutes away from Five Cities Drive and the Pismo Pier. It is steps away from a nice park that is great for kids, dogs, and families. The daily walks in the neighborhood were perfect for exercise, as well as to see a beautiful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to our next visit.

Quiet Comfortable Home with Great Location!

Let me start with the location - it's absolutely fantastic! It has the best of all worlds. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and walkable with great views of the Ocean and rolling hills, but within a 5 minute drive you can be at 3 different Beaches, Trader Joe's, PetCo, the Pismo Preserve (great hiking), etc. 10 minutes and you're at the Whole Foods in San Luis Obispo. The backyard feels very private and there's a patio with nice wicker furniture which makes it easy to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with the morning sun and birds chirping. The house's design is well thought out - many days we'd open all the windows and enjoy a nice cross breeze with tons of natural light pouring in. The bed is a King and very comfortable, lots of closet space in all the bedrooms. We originally planned on a short stay, but we enjoyed the house so much that we extended it. Bob & Margaret were absolutely gracious hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. This place would be great for both family vacations, or as a temporary dwelling while relocating to the area.

Brian, Jess, and their well-behaved cat Ronan were amazing guests! I cannot speak highly enough of them. Kind, considerate, respectful of the property, and all around wonderful people. It was an honor and a pleasure getting to know Brian and Jess and we welcome them back anytime.

Quiet neighborhood

Owners were responsive and accommodating when ever contacted. Fantastic location. Ocean views on our neighborhood walks. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great Pismo property

Bob & Margaret were wonderful - they were very attentive to every detail. Their home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Great spot to spend some time & enjoy the beauty of the Central Coast!

Highly recommend

Everything about this experience was lovely. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and close to anything you need or want. The owners were a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to rent this home again for an extended beach vacation.

We love the people, the climate, and the sites of Pismo Beach. Just one mile from downtown Pismo, this property is far enough away from the downtown tourists and party crowd, yet close enough for you to enjoy the downtown activities, restaurants, and shopping just a few minutes away. Also, this property is centrally-located among the many wineries between Santa Maria and Paso Robles. Please know this property is located in a family neighborhood and is designed for quiet, peaceful living. No parties are allowed, and guests are required to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

This home has been recently refurbished and is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, perfect for families or couples, about 1.5 miles from the sand. This property has a two-car garage, a fenced backyard, and is perfect for small pets. There is an ocean view deck in the back yard. Also, there is a small community park 100 feet from the house where many local pet owners take their pets to play. Local grocery shopping is just one mile away. Urgent Care is right down the street, and the local hospital is about five miles away. There are more than 20 wineries located within a 15-mile radius of Pismo Beach, and we are happy to share our favorites with you!
