This 4 bedroom beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is available for rent with new interior furnishings . This home is a new listing and features great outdoor space including a new large deck with a private pool, open space plan, and a wonderful front porch. We have created a free flowing space connecting the interior living space to the outdoor entertainment.
This newly updated home in Fire Island is perfect for your family vacation or friends getaway.

Exceptional construction, design, and furnishing including a heated salt water swimming pool and mahagony deck.
The house is fully air-conditioned, has great light exposure , with a spacious custom kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer & dryer.

1st Floor: 1 Large queen bedroom sleeps 2 people and includes a full bathroom for guests. There is an open concept kitchen layout, a large spacious living and dining area with high ceilings creates a bright and airy feel. A large cute Den/Family room or 5th Bedroom off the living area on the 1st floor can accommodate extra guests or friends with extra sleeping sofa bed, flat screen tv and add'l seating for adults or kids.

2nd Floor: 3 Spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a large hallway separating rooms for privacy.

There are a number of luxurious amenities that also come along with this house. In house sonos sound system, flat screen Tv's, free wifi, weber bbq, fire place, towels & linens, dishware, keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, and gorgeous furnishings.

There are bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, games and toys all on site and so many great amenities located in town including: restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, gourmet deli, art, yoga, and tennis all in close proximity. Around the corner 1.5 blocks away there’s basketball courts, a baseball field and an outdoor playground. The beach is located just right outside the door with immediate access steps away. Ocean Beach also offers Camp for children on a weekly basis for 1/2 and full days subject to availability which is walking distance down the road.

This home is located in the Village of Ocean Beach, a family friendly community that is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

*This ocean beach house has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement for renters.
*This rule is does not apply to families with children.
*We can offer you a 5% discount if you book 45 days in advance in the Months of September -November.

*Summer/Fall Rentals are Weekly or Monthly. 6 Night minimum required. Monthly discounts offered.
Rental dates are flexible and specific exceptions will be made. (check-in is typically Monday 4pm and check out on 10am Sundays)

*All guests must sign a lease and fill out guest information form including a photo license
to gain access to rent property and approval.

Beach vacation

The house was perfect for our week beach getaway. From beginning to the end, we were provided information to make our stay easy and relaxed. The location of the rental was close to the beach and town. Having the pool with outdoor shower was an extra bonus on the real hot days. There was a cart left to help transport our belongings from the ferry. This is a highly recommended rental for family vacations.

Perfect House for Perfect Weekend!

5 stars all around! Great house in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to the town (at the start of town too). We had 2 families, each with young kids. House was kid-friendly and plenty of space for adults. Owner was easily accessible at all times, providing all of the details in advance and throughout our stay was quick to respond. Can't wait for our next trip here!

We had the best stay! The location of the house couldn't be better - 2 blocks from town where all the grocery stores & restaurants are & 1.5 blocks to the beach. We loved hanging out in the back porch of the house by the pool, and BBQed there often - it was a really nice place to hang out. The open living room/kitchen area was also great & another place we hung out a lot. The host was very responsive & even sent us some delicious pastries from in town when we checked in, which was a nice touch! The place was very clean & well laid out. We would definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy for our family to enjoy the ocean every day. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had every amenity we could possibly need. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor shower, everything was thoughtfully provided.Our family especially loved the spacious layout and how comfortable it felt to unwind after a long day at the beach. The property manager was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We were more than satisfied with the entire experience and would happily return. Great ocean beach stay!

Stayed for a long weekend with my family (2 young kids) and my parents. We have been renting in ocean beach for years and this property was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It’s exactly as advertised; clean, great location, and tons of space for a beach house. Owner was very responsive, communicated all info needed in advance, and did everything he could to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great end of season vacation

Our family had a great time and made great memories. We were looking for a place to rent with a pool and Davids place was perfect. Our small kids absolutely loved having the option to play all day in the pool or take a short walk to the beach. The house is centrally located with a short walk to the town. Amazing Ocean Beach Home and Host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Beach home! The location was ideal, and it was tough to choose each day between the ocean, the town, and the private pool (we opted for them all). The house was lovely and well within walking distance from ferry, town and beach. David was more than professional and communicative leading up to and during our stay. We went for Ryder Cup and not ever having been to Fire Island/ocean beach we were unaware of the “no car” and ferry or water taxi only. Given the reason for us staying there - to get to Bethpage, it did cause a bit of stress linkng up proper transportation and times. I can see the appeal of staying with family and friends the whole time and not having to worry about cars/logistics, it just wasnt the purpose of the trip for us. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful house and host was above and beyond. Pool was very chilly so wish the “heated pool” was usable, but otherwise a great stay!!

Family Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. 4 good sized bedrooms (+ an extra room for sleeping but we didnt need), comfortable beds/sleeping arrangements. AC worked great. We had 2 little kids and grandparents with us. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas and bikes to use (lightens the load when you don't have to bring your own). Very short walk to the beach, a little bit further to town (closer to ocean side which was a plus for us). The house was very clean and up to date. Great kitchen/common area, internet/tv setup. Pool and deck in the back was amazing. The houses on FI are obviously very close together but you felt very private here. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!

Wonderful Family House

The house has an open first floor plan that was perfect for ages 21 months to 4 year olds. It was easy to watch them and cook. Light and airy. The seating in front of the tv fit all 6 adults and three children comfortably. The pool was perfect with warm filtered salt water instead of chlorine. And the outside deck had lots of room to play or lounge with a great outdoor shower. The bedrooms were great sizes that easily fit a pack and play along with the queen or king sized beds. One bedroom had a trundle bed and bunk beds. Perfect for the kids. Dave was easy to work with and a great host. I can't imagine any group type not being happy with this house.

Relaxing getaway - felt like home

Beautifully furnished home about 5 houses from beach and a leisurely 7 minute walk to town. The house and the outdoor space were very comfortable in every way. We all loved the outdoor shower! We were there in late June and the only downside of the property was pool was too cold to enjoy (about 77 degrees) even though it was solar heated. The only downside of our stay was that the owner had an interrogative verbal screening style prior to our arrival to ensure that we were responsible guests. We’re a late fifties professional couple with 5 responsible adult children who’d be in and out during various times of our stay - but the fact that there were 5 kids seemed to have set off an alarm with the owner. We completely understand that the owner was protective of his property but we felt like we needed to be on our best behavior during our vacation. He made it clear that the neighbors would keep an eye on us. After a few days we got more comfortable and really enjoyed the property and Ocean Beach.

Great Beach House Getaway

Great location in town!! A few blocks to the beach and few to the main town area. Super convenient for the whole family and all ages. The kids loved the beach and biking around the island. The adults loved going into town for dinner and drinks. The area of the island has a great mix of super family friendly and great night life for adults. The only thing is you need to take a ferry to the island but it was really a nice way to kick off the vacation. This was our first time to Fire Island and we didn't realize there is no cars aloud on the island during the summer season but it makes it super safe for kids riding bikes etc. Not having a car and having everything at our fingertips was really spectacular. Can't wait to go back next year with my family.
