  • That View!

"I rented this lovely home last summer, and couldn’t have been happier. The house is exactly as pictured, everything first rate, and fully stocked with anything one would need for a week away from it all. And yet it’s convenient to everything the Hamptons has to offer, a 5 minute drive to the center of Southampton Village and 10 minutes to its beautiful, pristine beaches. But why go to the beach when Little Fresh Pond is right in your back yard?"

  • Fantastic 2 week stay here August 2016 through Labor Day!

"My wife and I have traveled the world and are very experienced staying in luxury resorts (Four Seasons, Peninsula, Montage, etc.) and we loved this property. We brought friends out from Texas and it was very comfortable with 6 adults and our 2 year old God son. Our favorite times were sitting on the outdoor patio looking at the beautiful still water in the mornings (watching ducks, swans and we even saw some wild turkeys) as well as relaxing on the patio at night with tiki torches blowing in the gentle breeze. The beds were all very comfortable, and all our guests commented on how well they slept every night. We all took showers before dinner and had plenty of hot water. The location is also great, easy to get to Watermill, Souhampton and Sag Harbor within 15 minutes driving. Sharon the owner was very responsive and was even nice enough to go buy a few extra kitchen supplies that my "chef-trained" wife requested to cook a few elaborate dinners for 6 adults. But, the house had everything we needed and our guests liked being able to paddle board or kayak right from the dock in the backyard. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night from the back yard and we rented a ski boat for 2 days--because we could drive it right up to our own private dock. This house is also close to several local beaches but you need a car to drive there. It always bothers us if there is nothing negative at all written in online the only things we could think of were: it only has 2 showers so someone has to share (but it does have a 3rd half bath) and apparently it has no garbage disposal, which may be due to local regulations. For a rent house, we really enjoyed it and would definitely go back to stay there again!! We highly recommend this property! Also, our favorite restaurants were: Lunch/The Lobster Roll on the right side out past East Hampton, Nick & Toni's, Silvers' BLT is my very favorite lunch--must share it because it's huge!, Topping Rose House (Jean Georges), Tutto il Giorno sitting outside, The Beacon (doesn't take reservations) and we love the gelato at Sant Ambroeus. Crow's Nest in Montauk is worth the drive for an early dinner and visit the cool "dive" pub called Murf's in Sag Harbour."

  • Southampton Home Perfect for Families and Entertaining!

"My family and I have spent a number of weekends in this beautiful home. Our children love the spacious backyard, pool and nearby playground. Biking to Coopers Beach was a family favorite as were days spent by the pool or walking into town. Little Red on Agawam Park was a favorite spot for dinner when we weren't BBQing at home. The property owners do everything to make you feel welcome and to ensure that your visit is most pleasant. They are accessible, friendly and welcoming! Great rental property!!"

  • Great week end

"Thank you so much Sarah for this amazing week end! The house were very clean, everything was well prepared and well organized at our arrival. Every bathrooms had shower gels, shampoos and hairdryers. Also, Sarah bought us a nice bottle of Italian red wine and different cookies and appetizers... this was lovely from her. The kitchen is very well equipped, in case you want to cook, and the wood logs were ready to burn... Her attentions touched us very much. Everything was just perfect! About the house, it is very convenient for 2 families plus 2 guests. We were with our 2 children and a couple of friends with their 2 children also. We have spent an amazing Thanksgiving there! Would love to come back!! Marion"
