  • Beautiful home in quiet cul de sac with huge pool

"We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful southampton home. Everything about it was perfect. Well decorated, comfortable and the huge heated pool was used daily. The sonos sounds system was great as we all chilled poolside. My family wished we could live there all summer. The owners were excellent with all instructions! I look forward to coming back again soon."

  • Perfect Option for Large Groups

"This is our fourth year renting from Greg and our groups experience has been nothing but perfect. The house is large and spacious, with plenty of natural light and benefits from a ideal lay out. The kitchen, dining and living room areas all feel open and airy while maintaining a warm inviting feeling while each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom - which really helps when dealing with a large group. We always enjoy our stay each year! And look forward to continuing to do so!"

  • Beautiful Hamptons Estate with all the amenities

"My brothers and their families all congregated here for our mother's 70th birthday. The house is beautiful, huge outdoor areas, fantastic pool and outdoor fireplace, right on your own private bay for kayaking. The kitchen is spectacular and the owner is very nice and easy to deal with. The little kids all had a blast. I would highly recommend it."

  • Fantastic 2 week stay here August 2016 through Labor Day!

"My wife and I have traveled the world and are very experienced staying in luxury resorts (Four Seasons, Peninsula, Montage, etc.) and we loved this property. We brought friends out from Texas and it was very comfortable with 6 adults and our 2 year old God son. Our favorite times were sitting on the outdoor patio looking at the beautiful still water in the mornings (watching ducks, swans and we even saw some wild turkeys) as well as relaxing on the patio at night with tiki torches blowing in the gentle breeze. The beds were all very comfortable, and all our guests commented on how well they slept every night. We all took showers before dinner and had plenty of hot water. The location is also great, easy to get to Watermill, Souhampton and Sag Harbor within 15 minutes driving. Sharon the owner was very responsive and was even nice enough to go buy a few extra kitchen supplies that my "chef-trained" wife requested to cook a few elaborate dinners for 6 adults. But, the house had everything we needed and our guests liked being able to paddle board or kayak right from the dock in the backyard. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night from the back yard and we rented a ski boat for 2 days--because we could drive it right up to our own private dock. This house is also close to several local beaches but you need a car to drive there. It always bothers us if there is nothing negative at all written in online reviews...so the only things we could think of were: it only has 2 showers so someone has to share (but it does have a 3rd half bath) and apparently it has no garbage disposal, which may be due to local regulations. For a rent house, we really enjoyed it and would definitely go back to stay there again!! We highly recommend this property! Also, our favorite restaurants were: Lunch/The Lobster Roll on the right side out past East Hampton, Nick & Toni's, Silvers' BLT is my very favorite lunch--must share it because it's huge!, Topping Rose House (Jean Georges), Tutto il Giorno sitting outside, The Beacon (doesn't take reservations) and we love the gelato at Sant Ambroeus. Crow's Nest in Montauk is worth the drive for an early dinner and visit the cool "dive" pub called Murf's in Sag Harbour."
