Nos unités de deux chambres / deux salles de bains du complexe Hallandale sont des suites spacieuses, idéales pour les familles ou les amis voyageant ensemble. Had a great stay. The condo was clean and very welcoming. Short walk to the beach or the property has a shuttle that can take you there an back. Had a little hiccup with our reservation which the host fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would stay there again if coming back!

I stayed here with two friends for a week and had such a great time. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — nice, well-equiped kitchen, comfy beds, and fast Wi-Fi. The best part was definitely the view! Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the waterways was so relaxing, especially in the evenings.The building has good amenities too, such as a pool and easy parking. The location is good with just a short walk to the beach.The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.Overall, it was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

Love the unit but Incorrect check in dates freaked me out day one !! We noticed a couple small bugs in kitchen area around stove and coffee Kuerig.. .Please have exterminated for next guest.. some electrical outlets were loose. Crowded check in area. Parking valets communication issues. But overall really enjoyed my much needed vacation !!

The rental was very clean and comfortable, convenient and with a wonderful view. The only issue was the checkin, too many people at the same time. Maybe stagger the checkin process, so the wait is not so long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great location with beautiful views!

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable, has everything you need; towels, paper products, kitchen, soap and hair products. We went to Haulover Beach which was 20-30 minute drive. Walmart and other restaurants are in walking distance. Drove down to the Keys one day, also went to Hard Rock Casino and did some gambling. Check in was a bit confusing at first. You have to do the valet parking, $28 a day, but it is worth it. And you have to use your room key to scan for the elevator to take you to your floor. When you are ready for your car you scan a barcode given to you at check in and they retrieve your car on the 3rd floor. We didn’t go to the pool because we spent our time on the beach. Staff are friendly. We had a fantastic vacation, wish we could have stayed longer. But at least we live at the beach in NC! Will definitely return for another vacation.

Clean and comfortable with great views

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. Plenty of sheets, towels, and beach gear. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishware, pots/pans, 2 coffee pots, and even a blender. Large beautiful balcony with great views. Plenty of natural light due to the entire wall of windows/sliding doors in each room. Front staff was amazing! They answered all my questions, and were very helpful when the wait for the elevators was long. I did not bring a car, but the valet staff seemed very pleasant. It was easy to walk to Walmart/CVS/Winn-Dixie, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. Ubers/Lyft are also easy to get. It was a short walk to the beach. We did not use the lounge chairs at the beach, we just carried the chair and umbrella from the condo. The noise from the road could be a bit loud when you are out on the balcony, but there is no noise at all inside the condo. And the wait for the elevator can be long. Last but not least, Alejandro was great! He stayed in touch throughout my stay. He is an excellent host. I would not hesitate to rent from him again.

That view!!

Did our first 2 week winter getaway. The view of the intercostal waterway and ocean never got old. The condo was as pictured and perfect size for 4 people. The owner Alejandro was very responsive to any questions or concerns. As was said in most of the reviews the elevators can be a pain but if you included a possible wait in your plans you were fine. Busiest times is check in 4pm and check out 11am avoid if you can. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive and Hallandale beach is a walkable 7min. Hollywood beach broad walk is walkable if you enjoy walking. Condo has all the amenities you would need to have a comfortable stay. Pool area is nice right along the intercostal waterway. However restaurant is no longer open so BYOB is allowed in plastic containers. Beach towels at pool as well. We would definitely revisit this condo on another trip.

We had a nice time here and everything went very smoothly for us. At times the elevator was annoying, taking almost 15-20 minutes but it was mostly during the rush hours. Other than that, the place was great and Alejandro was a great host!

Overall, we really enjoyed the place. It was spacious and had plenty of bedding. The unit is on the 31st floor, so the views are great, though you don't get to see the sunrise or sunset. We were a group of 4 friends and really enjoyed the space. Cooking utensils are provided, so we made full use of the kitchen. There were a few quirks with the property - the elevator can take up to 15 minutes to get up or down depending on the time of day because this unit is so high. It seems like the other guests in the property dealt with the same frustration. The property offers a shuttle to the beach, which is said to come every 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting for the return shuttle for about 30 minutes and ended up walking back to the property, which is about a 10-minute walk.

Family girls trip

The unit itself is awesome. Picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay. Views are priceless. Three downfalls: it’s quite a hike to restaurants and nightlife. The shuttle to the beach was terrific. Second: once you check in you have to park and that’s a real hassle as well expensive. This was a real turn off for me. However once done parking was a charm. Third: we wanted a cart to put our luggage on to take to 31st floor and we were told they didn’t have one and the men in the garage area were very rude and could not be bothered to look for one or help us. This did not help start our vacation off well. And it wasn’t just the first day, it was every day. We would greet them and they couldn’t even give us the time of day. They ALL. Need a little kindness in their lives. All in all great stay. But will not go back.

Hello Lillie: I am very sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. The parking service is provided by a company independent from the condominium, and I have no relationship with them. Likewise, the cost of parking is clearly informed in the property's publication at the time of renting it, for which I do not understand your complaint about the cost of it. There is also the option of self-parking that is cheaper and without dealing with them. It is also full of restaurants in the area, of excellent quality. I also appreciate that the apartment has been to your liking. thanks

Beautiful

The condo was big, spacey, and clean. Gorgeous views soon as the elevator doors open. Even more beautiful views from the balconies which have entries from both bedrooms, and the living room. Grocery store and liquor store right across the street. Beautiful condo. We will definitely be back. The host was a pleasure to work with.

Great rental unit- exactly as advertised

Property location is terrific, very close to beach, shopping & restaurants. Traffic noise was unexpected, but tolerable. Unit is very clean, well furnished, variety of coffee machines (Keurig too), with plenty of towels & cleaning supplies. Great Owner. It could use a few more pots/pans & microwave dishes. View from the balcony is fantastic, but has an overwhelming smell of skunky marijuana almost all day, even mornings. I guess this is the new USA. Neighboring unit had a rager until 3:30 AM one Saturday night with door slamming, yelling, and screaming (and of course skunky pot odor wreaking from their balcony). This could happen anywhere, I guess. You can't pick your neighbors on vacation. Elevators (only 2 for VRBO guests) in the building are terrible. More than once, we waited 1/2 hour (no exaggeration) for an elevator and it was packed full. We apologized for cramming into the packed elevator. This was a common complaint from other guests. The unit rates 5 stars, however, the building & other guests rate 3 stars, so I can only give this a 4 star experience.

Beautiful view

We had a great visit, views from the balcony were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, quick walk to the beach (along with a shuttle service). There was a lack of kitchen stuff to cook with which was a bummer as we like to cook some meals in. Additionally being on the 31st floor, catching an elevator was a bit tough during the busier parts of the day. Otherwise, all went smooth and Alejandro was very responsive.
