About this property
Lake Muskoka 1,000+ Feet of Private Beaumaris Shoreline
A lovely traditional Muskoka cottage with over 1,000 feet of private shoreline in Beaumaris, the historic centre of Lake Muskoka. Relax in the oversized screened porch or on the granite patio and enjoy the gorgeous, island dotted view down the lake. The secluded property benefits from its own private point being surrounded on three sides by lakefront.
Sail the Sunfish sailboat or enjoy paddling the canoe and kayak. Enjoy boating on the biggest of the 'big three' Muskoka Lakes.
Two separate cottages joined by a fully enclosed breezeway allows you privacy from your kids or your parents. The main cottage has hardwood floors throughout, solid pine paneling and a massive granite fireplace. The second cottage has wall to wall Berber carpet, a wood stove and double height floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Additionally there is a two story boathouse with a pine panelled, fully finished bedroom on top with two beds and a ping pong table. Get there early to choose your favourite room!
The property is situated on its own private point so you can follow the sun all day, starting with breakfast on the boathouse dock with a swimming raft. Later in the day you can watch the sun set on the cocktail dock complete with cedar chairs and a water slide.
You are close to cottage country activities in Port Carling or Bracebridge, as well as golf, and tennis within easy reach, but you may never want to leave!
