$50 parking pass is a one-time charge per vehicle due at the guardhouse upon arrival. 2 vehicle max, paid by card (no cash). Pass lasts the duration of your stay.

Weekly and monthly discounts are already built into the calendar and will be reflected once you enter your dates.

COMPLEX AMENITIES INCLUDE: 2 outdoor pools (one just below our balcony), 1 indoor heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a picnic area, outdoor charcoal grills, and an exercise room with a dressing area, steam room, and sauna. Please note that the complex is completely NON-SMOKING even in outdoor areas!

Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view! Watch the dolphins early in the morning, the waves breaking on the white sandy beach during the day, and the twinkling lights of the shrimp boats at night.

Our condo is a peaceful retreat after a day of swimming, shopping, or sightseeing. Spend your evening eating in and watching TV, sampling the fare at one of the many local restaurants, going to the movies, going dancing, or going to a concert. There is so much to do and see in the area!

You will find that our condo is very comfortably furnished for your enjoyment with all the conveniences of home. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch movies on the large flatscreen TV or to just relax and listen to the sound of the waves on the shore. High-quality linens and towels are provided. The floors and balcony are all tiled. We have DVD players and also an iron and ironing board.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king size bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. You can recline in bed and watch all the beach activity through the large sliding glass doors. Our cute second bedroom has two twin beds, a smaller flatscreen TV, and plenty of closet space, with an adjacent hall bathroom. There is also a living room couch which can be pulled out and made into a queen size bed.

Most importantly, our condo is located in the only direct beachfront building in the complex.

If you are considering a vacation to the Gulf, then Orange Beach is the BEST destination to select! We are situated between Gulf Shores, AL and Perdido Key, FL (about 10+ minutes to either). Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is ideally located near stores, restaurants, and a family amusement center. There are also golf courses, water parks, mini golf, paved nature trails, marinas, and theaters nearby.

This complex (and this town in general) is extremely safe and family-friendly. There are paved sidewalks leaving our complex in both directions so it's easy to walk places. There are also bike rental companies in the area (especially popular for use on the local trails).

Please note that any weekly rate is automatically discounted from the normal nightly rate to an equivalent of paying for 6 nights and getting the 7th night free. A higher monthly discount is offered for snowbirds in January and February, which is also automatically reflected in the calendar's calculation when you make an inquiry.

Check in was easy and the condo was priced affordable for my family. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and the systems worked fine. However, the place was not clean. A moldy shower liner sent me to Walmart immediately after we arrived. There was mold/mildew around top of master bedroom shower also, that I had to clean before my wife would shower. Additionally, there was dust everywhere. Having lived in a college apartment before, I know how long it takes to get that much dust on fan blades and stuck to popcorn ceilings. If there is a cleaning service for this property then the owners are getting ripped off. Bottomline, this is priced attractively but I’d pay more if it meant a cleaner condo.

The beach was beautiful and clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Our condo was the best condo I’ve stayed in at a beach. Clean, dry well supplied with everything you need, well decorated and up to date, nice large deck. I would definitely come here again.

The condo was very true to the vrbo description. It had everything you'd need for the week, even a blender for beach drinks. A/C worked quite well. Balcony was spacious and had options for being out of the sun or in the sun. Would definitely return!

I will admit the decor is outdated, but the prices that are charged reflex this point. The condo was the perfect size and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. There were also DVD players in each of the rooms. The location was excellent for touring the attractions in the area and the beach had outstanding sand and an easy walk down to the water. If we make another trip to Orange Beach we would love to rent this facility again.

Said it was new furniture and definitely wasn't. Kitchen and bathrooms in need of updating and cleaning. The location was excellent just not the cleanest place, like grout and bathtubs and kitchen cabinets.

Everything was just as described in the description. The owner was very responsive to questions and super sweet! This unit was in the perfect location to everything! The balcony was the best part of it, oh the views!! While the unit itself is a bit dated, it really was nice. It could use a deep clean as it smelled of mildew when we arrived. There were areas that had not been cleaned in some time. In fact we were not sure the floor had been cleaned at all since the last booking. We cleaned the floor upon arrival and bought some air fresheners and it was all good. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place, needs a deep cleaning

Great views and access to the beach and all the area has to offer is superb. The condo was not very clean however. Mildew on the shower curtains. The floors, furniture, walls, and doors had stains or leftover residue from past spills. The ceiling in the main bedroom had clumps of dust stuck to the ceiling from lack of cleaning. Dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned prior to use as there was residue stuck on from prior use.The fishing on the beach directly in front of the condo was pretty decent however! With a deep cleaning would deserve a much higher rating.

Fun beach getaway

The only thing that really needed updating, property-wise, would be the elevators. They are disgusting, hot and corroded. Half of the buttons didn’t light up and it was nerve racking to get on it everyday. The unit itself was exactly like the pics and it served its purpose for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was pretty sound proof other than the washing machine that sounded like it was going to take off to outer space lol. We had one of the craziest storms I’ve ever witnessed Thursday evening/early morning and we all felt extremely safe! Thankful for this week at such a beautiful place!!!

Worse condo we’ve ever rented

It was completely disappointing as it’s not close to what the listing showed. It was extremely dated, wall paper faded, kitchen cabinets falling apart. The condo was far from clean, refrigerator door dirty around handles, inside top of the door is rusting. White wood work was dirty. Bathroom has black mold in shower areas and dirty walls. Ceilings show signs of mold also. The main bedroom has dirty drapes hanging and past ceiling repairs never finished looks like water leaking up stairs. Dirty , old patio furniture, railings dirty. Front entrance doorway is just nasty dirty . Building repair’s ongoing for the last week and extremely noisy and owners were informed at least 1 to 2 months prior to our stay that this was a 1 year project. We were never informed prior to our arrival. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONDO 1 Not our first time at the Seaside but this may end us renting there
