You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den overlooking the beach through a wall of glass. Walk thru the sliding glass door to a large patio with a picnic table overlooking the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.

We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. There are 2 pull out couches to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. Our place has recently been updated with tile floors in the kitchen and den with new carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Why Larry Bellan chose Alabama

We purchased at this location because we love the Orange Beach area and all it offers our family. My children range from 2 yrs old to 19 yrs old and there is something for everyone. The Seascape complex is a great place for families. It is small so you don't have to fight crowds. We are close to the sand and all you have to do is open the balcony door to hear the music of the ocean. It has a great view and the condo is spacious and homey. It holds our large family with room to spare

What makes this condo unique

We are located in the heart of Orange Beach. You are near all the essentials so you don't waste your precious vacation time running long errands for you and your family. Our place has a well equipped kitchen from dishes to pots and pans. We have games, books, videos, TV's with DVD and VCR players. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is out of this world. The covered parking adds a touch of ease that makes your time just a little more relaxing. Come stay with us!

Adventure Island is across the street. They have go-carts and a wide assortment of vedio games. They have 2 nice miniture (put-put) golf courses too. There is a great biking trail thru the State Park. The Fishing in this area is fantastic. You don't have to go off shore to enjoy great fishing. The inland waterways are loaded with fish. There are many things to do related to the water thru professional guides and tours. You can go excursions for parasailing , dolphin tours, and fishing both inland and deep sea. There are many great shops for those looking for something unique to purchase while here.

  • The property must be left in the same condition you found it. Floors swept clean, trash removed to the dumpster, counters wiped clean, and dishes up.
  • Put all used towels in one tub. Clean out the refrigerator and make sure the shelves are wiped clean. The cleaning crew puts fresh linens & towels.
  • If you leave a mess we will assess you accordingly from the deposit. If our cleaning crew smells tobacco smoke you will lose your deposit.

Park Under the complex with electricity and water hose connection for the fishermen. There is room to park your boat out of the rain. There is room for 2 small cars or 1 large one. Our complex has 12 additional spots that are first come first.

Overall, we were pleased with the location, view and access to the beach. Parking is convenient.

This condo is in a great location. Great view and access to the beach. We liked the layout of the condo and it has nearly everything you need for housekeeping. There are a few minor updates that could be done but not anything that really interfered much with our stay. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. We would stay again.

Nice condo in great location

We really enjoyed Seascape 310. It is an older building and not a luxury condo, but still nice. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. It is the only bed we tried, so I can't speak for the other rooms. The condo was very quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is even a drawer with little extras, like AA batteries, Scotch tape and rubber bands. There is liquid soap at each sink. That's something I haven't seen in other condos we have rented, and was a nice touch.

I know we had neighbors, because I could hear them when we were on the balcony. Other than that, we never heard a sound and only saw people a couple of times.

The only thing we didn't like was the narrow parking spot. There was a column on one side of us and a huge SUV on the other, leaving very little "wiggle" room. Our car is fairly small, though, so we squeezed in.

Some condos/homes are being built between Seascape and the beach which block the view from condos at the other end of the building, but not the view from 310, and it doesn't look like there will be any built blocking that view.

We would definitely stay there again.

View from balcony is Awesome!

Roomy and Clean... a little dated, could use a makeover but overall worth the money for the awesome view and close proximity to the beach. Quite... no loud obnoxious teenagers, no party people. Family environment. Pool was refreshing and relaxing. Close to everything... walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. Elevator entry is in need of a good scrubbing. It was out of service twice during our stay and wreaked of hydraulic fluid. All in all... we were interested in purchasing the unit should the owner want to sell?

Building is smaller than the big resorts so not as crowded beach area. Could use some updates but serves the purpose if you want to stay right on the beach.

Terrific View, Convenient Location, and Comfortable Accommodations!

This was our second visit to Seascape 310, having visited for a week in July 2015. It's still as charming and wonderful as it was during our previous visit. The upstairs loft is perfect for additional guests or as a study for when work/college requirements demand a little time alone on a computer. The only glitch was shortly after we arrived and moved in, we found that the water heater wasn't working. We reported it around 6pm that Saturday evening and Larry and Shirley Poole were able to locate a highly qualified plumber who arrived and replaced a circuit board, cleaned up and left before 8pm that evening. To have a major appliance repaired in less than 2 hours after reporting it is truly exceptional. We love the assigned parking spaces under the condo, which means you always know where your car(s) are and they stay cool even on the hottest days. And the view! From the balcony, you have an impressive, unimpeded view of the entire beach. And, since it's only a 3-story condo, your stretch of beach isn't crowded like the areas in front of the high-rise condos. We will definitely return to our favorite spot on the Gulf Coast!

Excellent Service and location

My family and I have stayed in several units within the Seascape property. We love the location for our kids and the easy access to local shopping and the beach. The covered parking is great! The loft area in this unit was wonderful for my sister to have her own space. We go for the beach and we have never visited the pool, until this year; the pool was great! While there is a management company to take care of you during your stay, the owner, Larry, is great about returning texts along the way. Seascape is our little home away from home and we are already looking forward to next year!
