About this property

Bastidon with heated pool and private garden in the Luberon

We propose you in seasonal hiring our Bastidon, entirely renovated in 2016 and classified 3 stars by the tourist office in May 2017. It is surrounded by vineyards and lavender and is located 1 km from the village village VILLARS, 7 km from APT and 5 km from RUSTREL.
A heated swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m with bubble cover and tarpaulin is available from April to October. The temperature of the water will depend on the weather conditions.

The pool is exclusively for renters and will be open in 2019 from April 6th and will close on Saturday, October 26th.
Two covered terraces are equipped with garden furniture, tables, chairs, gas griddle, deckchairs are also installed around the pool or under the walnut.
You will be able to benefit from a garden without opposite, calm and resting.

The hiring has a free internet access, the Wifi code will be delivered to you on your arrival.
Pool towels can be provided, upon request, with an extra charge of 3 Euros per towel.
The accommodation of 90 m² has two bedrooms, a bedroom upstairs with a bed 160 with bathroom and another room on the ground floor with two beds 90 with bathroom, a living room with kitchen, a living room with television, separate toilet, heating and air conditioning in each room that can be adjusted independently.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
We will make available basic products like coffee, tea, sugar, salt for your arrival.
Equipment rental: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack outside and inside, high chair, tourist guides and maps IGN, as well as beds umbrellas and bath for baby on request and without supplement.

The rental in June, July and August is from Saturday to Saturday.

Despite all the love we have for animals, they are not accepted at Bastidon.

Our Favorite Farmhouse with it’s own Lavender Field

2nd time renting Stephanie’s LeBastidon. Peaceful property with Lavender Field and Pool. Exactly as photos show, wonderful! Stephanie is a Great Host ! Highly recommend !

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! The villa was amazing, set in a great location. It has all you will need and Stephanie, clearly knows how to equip a villa. We had a great and very relaxing time here and will be coming again.

Perfect vacation home

The best vacation home we have ever been to. Very nice location, super calm and private but also a lot of things to do near by. Very good restaurants in town (e.g. La Fontaine, La table de Pablo). Interieur super clean, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. We loved it and can recommend it for sure. Pool was heated and is another plus of this house. Thank you for staying!

Perfect

This property is absolutely perfect in every way. We have spent the most amazing holiday enjoying the comfort, peace and tranquillity at le Bastidon. Surrounded by a vineyard on three sides, and a lavender field in full bloom on the other, the setting couldn't have been more typical of Provence, and very idyllic. The house is very well equipped, with high-end appliances and excellent wifi (essential these days!). Both bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. Stephanie and her son welcomed us on arrival and immediately made us feel at home and relaxed. The property on the whole is well taken care of and a spotlessly clean. It really is faultless and all credit goes to the work and dedication of Stephanie to make this home a slice of heaven for travellers. It was even a joy to listen to the frogs in the nearby stream sing their chorus every evening! The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful hill top villages of the Luberon, and close-by Apt is good for supermarket shopping for essential supplies. The local village of Villars (a leisurely 15 minute walk away) has two restaurants serving typical French food with a great atmosphere. If you're lucky enough to get booked in at le Bastidon, you'll be sure to have the most perfect holiday. Thank you Stephanie!

Der Aufenthalt im Le Bastidon war absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen. Es ist super schön eingerichtet. Sauber und neu! Tolle Ausstattung! Viel besser als in vielen anderen Häusern. Die Gastgeberin ist so aufmerksam und freundlich! Der Ort Villars ist 10min Fußweg weg und der nächste Supermarkt ist 10min mit dem Auto weg. Super einfach.

Herrliches Haus und herausragende Gastgeber

Der perfekte Ort für einen perfekten Urlaub! Wer Ruhe und Landleben, provencalische Dörfer und Märkte liebt, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und konnten sehr schöne Touren unternehmen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten und Betten. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber waren hervorragend.

Wohlfühlen in toller Ungebung

Tolles Haus, gehobene Ausstattung, perfekt zum Erholen. Great house, well equipped, perfect to relax

In sehr ruhiger Lage, aber dennoch nah zu Apt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Tolle Vermieter, die immer erreichbar waren und schnell vor Ort, wenn erforderlich. Wichtig im Winter/Herbst, die Heizung, funktionierte bestens. Gehobene Ausstattung, alles da. Sehr sauber. Very quiet setting, still close to Apt and restaurants in the vicinity. Great landlords, easy to reach and fast on site if necessary. Important in autumn/winter, heating, worked perfectly well. House equipped with all you need. Very clean.

Un lieu et des hôtes merveilleux

Nous avons passé une semaine au top chez Stéphanie et Elian. Merci pour tout, votre patience ( arrivés en retard sur l'heure prevue) mais vraiment un très bel accueil dans un lieu merveilleux, nous imaginons l'été.... quel bonheur... la maison est vraiment très belle décorée avec soin. Tout y est pour un séjour en famille ( pour nous l'anniversaire des enfants) Encore merci à vous. Et surtout au plaisir j'espère !!! Avec les lavandes en fleurs

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Immobilie

Besonders muss die Qualität derAusstattung und die Sauberkeit erwähnt werden; dafür 2 Zusatzpunkte. Wünschenswert wäre nur, wenn die Kommunikation über die FeWo-Plattform zeitnaher erfolgen würde. Nachrichten vom Vermieter brauchten teilweise Stunden bis sie für mich lesbar waren.
