Clean & Comfortable Three Bedroom/Two Bath Condo Near Disney & Golf

Our third floor three bedroom/two bath Tuscana unit is sure to be your home away from home while you visit central Florida.

This comfortable and roomy unit sleeps up to eight guests and offers plenty of relaxation between your exciting attraction visits.

The master guest room includes a king size bed and it’s own bathroom with plenty of room for clothing storage. Two additional guest rooms include a queen bed and two twin beds in addition to the sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen televisions in each bedroom as well as the living area. A private lanai offers a quiet place to relax after a busy day out and about.

The dining area and breakfast bar offer plenty of room for large groups to gather and eat together.

The unit has been freshly painted, new floors have been installed throughout the common areas and new appliances installed in the kitchen.

Resort amenities include, beach style pool, kiddie pool, jet spa, shaded cabanas, a fitness room, , self-parking and WiFi throughout the property.

Our Tuscana condo is located near popular attractions and activities in central Florida including Busch Gardens, DisneyWorld, Legoland, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Center to name a few.

With several championship golf courses within a short drive of our unit, you are sure to find the best courses Orlando have to offer.

Within a mile of the resort you will find several convenient restaurants and stores including McDonalds, Subway, Wendy’s, Chili’s, Miller’s Ale House, Tijuana Flats, Publix Grocery Store and Walgreens Drug Store.

We are only an hour's drive away from Florida's most popular coastal beaches.

Olace was great siatance to Championsgate and easy drive to Disney. Place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the weed smell that was outside the place but this is not in the owners control.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in the Tuscana Resort. This is our second year staying there. Erin responded very quickly to our questions. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The private balcony was the perfect ending to a busy day with our family. The basket of snacks was a wonderful treat that we used in the Disney parks. We will definitely be back next year!

Great clean, spacious condo with awesome location and terriffic hosts!

We had a convention at the nearby Omni Hotel & wanted to have lots of space and a full kitchen, so we chose this Vrbo vacation rental. It was exactly what we were looking for and so clean, well decorated, and exactly as advertised! The hosts were very accommodating on some of our requests, both before, and as we checked out. They were very helpful and I would definitely go back to this unit again!

This is a nice property for the price. Owners were very responsive to problem with door lock. We enjoyed our stay. Owner provided a welcome basket of goodies which was appreciated. Elevator is slow and traffic noise which of course is not owners fault. Property has everything you need.

March getaway

We had an awesome stay at Tuscana Resort in Champions Gate. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a month long stay. The owner was very accommodating and had no problem with having my brother and sister in law join us for a visit while we were there. Erin was also very quick to respond to our messages. The condo was also pet friendly and had many areas to walk our dog. The condo is close to all the attractions in the area, Disney, Sea World, etc. I spent most of my days at the gorgeous pool. There is also a bar and restaurant at the pool area and bartender Nick was very friendly. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again and highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was wonderful. Erin is quick to respond if you need anything. The rooms are very spacious and the 10 foot ceilings make it feel grand. I will not hesitate to recommend this property and I hope to be able to stay here again.

We LOVE the Four Corners/Championsgate area! Besides being very safe and hosting a wide variety of restaurants, chains and privately owned, there are several neighborhood amenities such as Publix, Walgreen's and Seven Eleven which are within walking distance of our unit. New to the neighborhood: Ford's Garage, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and an Orlando health facility!
