The 1819 House is a 6200 square foot house that sleeps 18 and includes six bedrooms (three bedrooms with one queen bed, and three bedrooms with two queen beds) each with its own private bathroom, AC, internet TV, and mini refrigerator as well as a private entrance from a covered porch. Additionally the 1819 House offers a large kitchen, large indoor common spaces (living and dining rooms), wireless internet, and a laundry room (washer/dryer). The neighboring Carriage House is 1200 square feet, which sleeps eight between three upstairs bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen and two twins and two bedrooms each with a full bed) and offers two and a half baths (two full bathrooms with showers upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs). Carriage House includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, A/C, washer/dryer, and cable TV. Outside you will find covered porches with seating, a large back yard for team parties or bbq’s, a charcoal grill and a fire pit. The 1819 House and Carriage House is set up for large groups traveling together located just 2 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Great Stay in Cooperstown

Our stay was great and Jason was very accommodating. All the rooms were huge and very clean. The common area and outside as very nice as well.

Fantastic spot!

We had 8 friends stay for several days and it couldn't have been better. There is so much room on the property, the bedrooms are large and come with everything including bar fridges and large TVs. And being able to hang out in a real bar/pub is something we won't forget. Jason was great and we highly recommend!

We had a great time here celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with family.

There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all sixteen of us. The outdoor space was amazing! The Baseball Hall of Fame is only a few minutes away. The wood bat factory is right down the road. Highly recommend renting here.

GREAT LOCATION AND UNIQUE PROPERTY

We stayed at the 1819 with 4 other families while our sons played at DreamsPark. We enjoyed gathering in the tavern and the siblings loved exploring the property. It was like we rented an entire inn for our team - each room had a door to the outside and the rooms were very well equipped. Jason and Mo were very attentive and great to work with! Hope to come back again!
