We had the best time!! The condo is BEAUTIFUL!! It is exactly as described. The view of the nature preserve and the coast is stunning. The beach is less crowded in the area in front of Tops’l. I will definitely be booking again in the future

It was nicely furnished and had multiple views and balconies. It was in a good location to the beach, and the beach at this location was very nice.

Beautiful Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was perfect and the decor was modern and up to date. The beach wasn't too busy and we watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and then ran to the beach to get a closer view! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Very nice gated condo community with views of the wildlife preserve adjacent and gorgeous gulf views! We kept busy rain and shine! We will be back soon.

Amazing views

My family and I have been going to Destin almost every year for over 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It is very nicely appointed and decorated. But the view…did I mention the view? It’s just amazing. Two walls of windows with the view of the beautiful water and nature preserve, it’s just perfect. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Stunning view

Property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again! So relaxing and quiet, tucked back in the corner. The view is out of this world! You can even hear the crashing of the waves from the beach. Highly recommend!!

Location, Location, Location!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Super close to shopping, restaurants, and quiet private beach area (not overcrowded like other area beaches). Tons of amenities not listed (tennis, basketball, mini golf). We had a wonderful stay and if we are ever in the area again we will surely return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

Stayed with my family of 5 in this unit. Check in was simple, condo was amazing , nicely updated and so comfortable for all of us. FANTASTIC views from the wall of windows!! LOVED this unit.

Excellent location!

Older building but the unit is clean & newly remodeled. The gated community is VERY well maintained, safe and convenient to everything! Plenty to do for teens and adults. Just a short 90 second walk to the beach or watch the sunrise from your balcony with gorgeous views of the coast and nature preserve just next door. Will definitely return!
