Our unique, angled, floor plan provides Gulf views from all rooms. This is not your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled/open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. All rooms open to a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking pool and beautiful Gulf.

There are 2 master bedroom suites. A huge master bedroom with a king-size bed with GULF view, TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious en-suite master bath. The second bedroom with Gulf view and balcony access has one queen bed and one full bed, TV and bathroom across the hall. Our 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony that is separate from the larger balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

The open living room/dining area has amazing views and balcony access. The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow comfortable accommodations for 10.

Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fully stocked with dishes, even a crock pot. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated.
Full linens, bath towels, etc. are also provided.

POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25, OR PETS OF ANY KIND. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

Family get away

The condo is in a great location and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. It is also directly across the street from the beach so it was very easy to get to the beach. Julie was very pleasant to work with and was available anytime we had questions.

Family Beach Trip

Once a year we love a family trip with our children and grandchildren. We had an amazing time at this property at Miramar Beach. Plenty of room for the 12 of us, pool area was perfect and just across from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The host was very responsive and quick to fix a slow drain which was the only issue we had. Arrival instructions were perfect. We will definitely be staying there again!

Successful beach vacation

This property helped us achieve what we wanted from a beach vacation. We were able to relax with plenty of space for 7 of us. When booking this I thought it was directly on the beach based on the photos, but it is across the street. There was bridge over the road if you didn’t want to cross a busy street, so not that big of a deal for my family.

Very nice condo!

This was one of the best beach trips I have had! Condo was as described-lots of room! Lots of storage room in the kitchen! Host was terrific at getting back to us with answers. The fact that it was across the street from the beach wasn’t as inconvenient as I thought. Easy access to the beach and we LOVED the free chair service. Was a little annoying to prove that we were entitled to 2 sets of chairs. Also, keep in mind-don’t try to dry a lot of towels/clothes at once. Better to do small loads. Condo was a little outdated but still very nice. Loved the views from every room! Parking was a little close-pretty tight between cars. Elevators were somewhat stand in line at certain times. But overall a very nice place!

Great location

Our stay was enjoyable, with the location being perfect for our needs. The surroundings were convenient, and the ambiance was pleasant. The restaurant attached to the condo had delicious food which was very convenient so you didn’t lose your parking spot.Areas for Improvement:Elevator Availability: One of the elevators was out of service for most of our stay, leading to longer wait times and some inconvenience.Bathroom Maintenance: Two of the bathroom showers had drainage issues, causing water to accumulate up to ankle level during use.Parking: It was 4th of July weekend so it was pretty busy, but it seems they were overbooked and ran out of parking for guests. While these issues affected our experience, we appreciate the overall quality of the stay and hope these concerns will be addressed for future guests.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our rental and it’s location. The ocean views were perfect. The property manager got back to me quickly with any questions that I had. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend this rental to my family and friends without hesitation.

Beautiful place

Julie made everything a breeze. She stayed in contact with us during our stay. Notified us of some maintenance that was happening. The location was great! Our condo was very spacious & everyone had their own bathrooms. The only problem was the dishwasher didn’t work. We didn’t know this until we were checking out & went to turn it on. My mother n law also had a ball of hair on the wall of their shower. Other than that & not being able to stay longer, our trip was perfect!

Best Girl’s Trip

Our condo was perfect to host 5 adults. Plenty of room to space out and have some privacy too. The views were spectacular and accommodations were great… so great you have everything at your finger tips. Loved it!

This was such a great place to stay for myself and my children! It had easy access to the beach and the pool/hot tub made it great for the kids as well! The owner contacted me and made sure I had everything I needed and that the condo was clean / up to my expectations!

Perfect getaway

Julie accommodated my early flight, and was easily reachable the entire stay. The refrigerator was slow to cool and she had someone out to look at it within the hour. The condo is in a perfect location with unparalleled views. Will definitely be returning.

Views were incredible. Short walk to the beach, free bonfires on the beach, fireworks just out front of the resort. So much fun. Plenty of room available with 10 guests. Will definitely stay here again.
