We had an amazing time! Pool area was very clean and a beautiful area. Great balcony view. Close to the beach, restaurants and other activities. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is the 2nd BDR was not very functional. The bed (bottom bunk) was extremely uncomfortable. The placement of the TV on the wall was odd. It was hard to view from the bottom bunk. I guess the room is designed for kids, not an adult. No storage for luggage and the closet where I wanted to hang clothes had a vacuum, mop, bucket and broom stored there. I refused to hang my clothes in there. So I lived out of my suitcase for the 5 days we were there.

4/5 star! Location of condo and amenities were excellent! Check in and out was not straight forward! I was told something different than my email and text!! Front desk was not very helpful. I did call management for Real Joy and they answered right away to clear up any discrepancy for check in and out process!! Overall wonderful stay!!

Quick trip

Enjoyed our stay. Food in the resort was not great, I tried the boneless wings and there was. The bed in the room was horrible. Everyone was very friendly and everything was pretty clean. Would stay again but maybe try a different room with a newer mattress.

Condo was very nice & clean. The relaxation was perfect. Felt very safe.The second so called bedroom was not ideal considering there was no closet, no windows, the bottom bunk bed was very difficult to use for elderly as it was nearly on the floor. Try being 82 yrs old& getting in & out of that.The parking was not accessible for elderly at all.Had to walk quite aways, in one bldg to another (3) before arriving at your bldg. The phone would not work.The master bed slept good considering the bedding was wrong side out, wouldn’t stay on mattress with 2 mattress pads & a topper.Would I stay here again, NO.
