Blender, toaster and everything else you should need. Table seats 6 comfortably with and additional 4 bar stools at counter. 55in Smart TVs in LV and Master. Smaller TV in guest bdrm. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and two twin beds, plus a living room with a queen sofa bed, guests have plenty of space to unwind. Black out curtains and shades for a restful nights sleep. The two bathrooms include a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Completely updated bathrooms with a Spa like feel- even full body jets and a waterfall shower head in one! Washer and Dryer IN UNIT! Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and enjoy the convenience of thoughtful touches like a beach chairs, a pack and play, high chair, iron, & hair dryer. We love staying at The Pelican Beach Resort and this unit was awesome. We had a hiccup when we first got there but I messaged Jen and she immediately addressed the issue and got it handled. After we left, Jen messaged and let me know that we had left some clothes behind and worked with me to get them back to us. She was so easy to work with. Thank you Jen for an awesome place to stay at during our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

We Love Pelican Beach Resort. Being right on the beach there is no other way to spend your vacation. We love the amenities it has to offer, our friendly hardworking staff, and our central location. We are minutes from the marina and wharf-which means water sports and amazing restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been recently renovated and has all new smart appliances. We are close to the front of the building which provides amazing views! With all new mattresses our condo provides the most comfortable stay on your vacation!
