Not to mention, it's only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Nissan Stadium and an 8 minute ride to Downtown Nashville! Our cleaning team has adopted even higher cleaning standards utilizing Enviro Care Neutral Disinfectant in order for our guests to have a safe and comfortable stay.

This home features an open concept with 2 living rooms, a large kitchen for entertaining, and a screened in porch to relax on. With plenty of space to be comfortable and spread out, this two-story home is perfect for any group wanting to experience all Music City has to offer!

The main level features a large living space, which flows from the entryway through the dining area and kitchen to the living room. One bedroom & accompanying full bathroom and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom are both on this floor as well.

The second level features another living space, which includes a sleeper sofa to relax and unwind after exploring the city. The upstairs level also features two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Amenities include smart TVs with Netflix accounts in both living rooms as well as the master bedroom, high speed WiFi, a laundry room with a washer/dryer/iron, an enclosed back deck with ample seating, and a large backyard. Ample free street parking in front of property.

This house was perfect! My family traveled to Nashville to celebrate a college graduation and everything was perfect. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the East Nashville location was super convenient to getting to the airport, campus and all the cool restaurants nearby. I highly recommend for any large gathering. Plenty of space for all. Communicating with the host was a breeze. Hope to have another occasion in the future so I can rebook.

We rented the house for 4 nights for a wedding. For 3 nights there were 8 of us and for one night there were 10. Everyone loved the place. This house is the perfect layout for a group. I only have one complaint the floors are rather slick be careful on the stairs don’t walk in your socks (I had grippy socks which were perfect) lol other wise the perfect stay for our group.

This home really is stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. Our host was so easy to communicate with and it was a real pleasure to work with her. It’s a great location and just a short Uber ride to Broadway, where all the action is. Ubers were readily available at all times.This was my first tip to Nashville and I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice property and clean. Host was responsive. Property mostly as listed except fireplace was not functional despite listing. This was actually a key criteria for us. And the house next door played weird music outside 24/7 that penetrated the windows at night. Hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise a very nice property and recommend.

Great house!

We loved our stay, East Nashville has some catching up to do, but it’s on its way. Home was beautiful, very clean and perfectly fit what we needed. Great layout. Oven did smoke when we tried to us it, nothing was in it, so we just shut it off and decided not to use it.

Stayed at this property for 4 nights in October 2023 after a long drive from Canada. Home is reflected well in the photos provided on the listing. Very cute and very clean. The host, Kathleen, responded quickly to the few questions we had during the process. On the downside there were no USB charging ports that we could find and the recycling rules of the city set out in the house rules book had us shaking our heads. We would definitely stay at this house again if we ever go to Nashville again. Thanks Kathleen. Five stars to you.

Great property near downtown Nashville!

My family and I stayed here during the weekend of my wedding. We all really enjoyed our stay and the home was a perfect space for us. We had 7 adults and 2 children and the home was very spacious for all of us. The owner of the property was always quick to respond to messages and was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process.
