Welcome to Caribbean Dunes!
Enjoy the view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico every time you sit on the patio of this great first floor unit. Steps to the Public Beach with restrooms.

Park at the door and walk into this one bedroom/one bath condo that is steps to the Beach. A king sized bed in the Master Suite will provide a relaxing night's sleep.

The kids will love the twin bunks in the hall and two can sleep comfortably on the memory foam Queen-Sleeper Sofa.

Caribbean Dunes is a well-maintained complex located in the lovely Crystal Beach area, and is across the street from the Gulf. You will take about 200 steps and you will be right on the snow white sand of Crystal Beach. The community pool and hot tub are great for a reprieve from the beach. They are both sparkling and inviting. The unit is directly across from the public beach access. Shopping, restaurants, fishing, the water park, golf and bike rentals are all close by.

Our guests will appreciate the convenience and security of out keyless lock system. You can relax in the comfy recliner while viewing the HD TV with extended channels, Netflix, Cable, Blue Ray DVD, online access and music. For those that want to be free from wires, you can enjoy the wireless internet service in the unit or on the patio overlooking the Gulf.

We love our beach-home-away-from-home. and love to share it with those that love the beach as much as we do. The Crystal Beach area of Destin is so beautiful that we are sure you will come back year after year!

Overall good!

The best thing for us was the location. Being only 2-3 min walking away from the house made everything easy especially with the kid. Overall the house is perfect, clean, comfortable, has everything you need.

Peaceful paradise

Great short walking distance to the beach. We love to cook and had everything we need in a kitchen. Great sleeping arrangement for my family of 5, 2 teenagers and an 11 year old. The owners were very helpful and informative on things to do around the area including dining in at restaurants. We would definitely book this gem again.

Great Beach Access and Everything You Need!

The condo was very comfortable, had nice finishes, and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a very comfortable primary bedroom. The pool and hot tub were great and just a few steps away. Two public beach access points were 5 minutes away (in your seat :)). The road in front was quiet. Camilles was a great restaurant right next door open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had lunch and dinner there and the food was excellent. Close by groceries, gas, and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Sensational Stay!

First let me say that this place is excellent. It is very clean and up to date. Location is a short walk from the beach so you don't have to go far at all. It has a nice back patio to just relax while the sun sets and have a drink. Shopping & restaurants are close by as well as a Publix grocery store. Our host was extremely helpful with the few questions we had upon check in. We would definitely stay again and look forward to going back. Thank you for everything.

Home away from home

This condo was exactly like the pictures. They had everything you would need and more. The appliances were all new, the dishes were nice, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect! The beach was literally steps away. It was myself and my 4 children and we felt very safe. I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed and then some! The boogie boards and beach toys/nets and umbrella made our trip that much more fun and enjoyable. Plenty of towels for our small family of 4. Space was clean and perfect location - short walk across to the beach! Will definitely return!!! Small check in issue with the wrong door code but Kim was quick to respond and remedy.

Great property, great location!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It was near beach access and conveniently located near everything from restaurants to shops and everything in between. The condo itself had great starting amenities. We picked up a grocery order and had all we needed at hand. Beds were comfy and overall cleanliness was amazing. The condo came equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards which was a plus because we didn’t have to haul that on our road trio. Overall, we are looking forward to a second stay and ready to book again.

Will start with saying that Mrs. Brown attention to details is Magnific, Destin is one of the places we visit often, one of my wife's favorite places, with that been said, we stayed at several places there, but mrs. Brown place has been the best so far, close to everyting, well kept, clean very, every little detail has been considered, often we bring our own pans and pots, because the ones at the places are in bad shape or they don't have the right ones, at her place is not the case. Very impresed with the place, nothing but good thinks to say about it. Most definetily will stay there again.

Great little vacation getaway

We came down for a wedding and extended our stay into a little vacation afterwards. The location was perfect. Literally a short walk to the beach and Destin commons shopping center is nearby. Heavenly Hideaway

The property was exactly as described. It was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of Camille’s and Cissy’s. Starbucks is about .7 miles away and made for a nice morning walk. It’s central Located for fun activities. The place was well maintained and exactly as described. 10/10

Long weekend stay

We stayed here over the holiday weekend. We were pleasantly surprised on how much room there actually was. It was perfect for our family of 3. The only thing I wish is that there was a lock on the back door with a code so you could enter through the back door from the beach instead of having to walk around to the front. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive to any messages we sent. I will be recommending this condo to my family and friends!

We had the best week in Destin! This condo was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We are Steve and Kim and we have 3 grown children and one grandson. We live in Atlanta and try to spend as much time in Destin as we can.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to the Destin area for 30 years and we decided to own a small piece of the paradise that we have enjoyed throughout the years. We chose the Crystal Beach area of Destin because it reminds us of a small beach town with all the convenience of shopping and restaurants so close. We would also like to share it with others so they can fall in love with the area and keep coming back year after year!

What makes this property unique

The area around out condo and the beach has lots of sidewalks and is a true walking community, however there are so many restaurants and shopping less than a mile away. It is truly the best location in Destin.
