Please note that all guests must be over the age of 25 and accompanied by adults at all times. Guests under 25 will be asked to leave without a refund.

To reserve this property, the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. If the reservation is made by someone under 25, a valid driver's license of an adult 25 or older must be presented in person at check-in, and that adult must be present for the duration of the stay.
If the accompanied adult over the age of 25 is not staying in the home, you will be subject to immediate eviction by police with no refund.
