The room was clean. Our only issue was the TV upstairs did not work but they were able to get a new TV sent over.

Perfect location for busy PCB beaches

Nestled right between all of the busy points of PCB, this little strip of condos had a perfectly uncrowded, easily accessible beachfront near to all of the area attractions. The house itself could use a coat of paint and new decor and furniture, but it was clean and cozy and had pretty much everything we needed. Would def stay here again.

Lovely townhouse

Second year at this place for a week stay. Love the location, the views and the beach access. We’ll be back again next year!

Find a different home - do not wast your hard earned money on filth.

The unit is not safe for your health. Black mold on ceiling in master bedroom. Electrical cords everywhere and no covers on the electrical sockets in master. So dirty we had to clean and disinfect in order to feel safe staying here. Please, please, please get rid of the carpet and paint the entire unit. We will not rent this unit again. It is sad that the owner finds the condition acceptable. No pride of ownership. Vacasa, dump this unit, it makes you look bad.

Great location but terrible property

This house is in a great location. Centrally located for restaurants, grocery stores, as well as gift shops. However, upon arrival we noticed several things that should be taken care of with regular maintenance of the property. Air vents had mold growing out and around them both upstairs and downstairs. There was some sort of condensation leak upstairs in the master bedroom outside the bathroom. Every night a small wet spot would seep thru the carpet, it wasn’t large but we assumed it was condensation since it was so close to the unit. There was also a condensation leak outside the front door. It was very annoying when trying to unlock the door or carrying things into the house. It wasn’t just a small drop it was a stream. Next, the dryer didn’t work properly at all. For a simple load of 6 beach towels it took almost all day to dry and even then we usually had to hang clothes or towels up outside to finish drying. Very annoying when you are there for a week and require the use of their appliances. If you have small children be aware of the electrical issues. Downstairs under the TV is an exposed outlet as well as upstairs in the 2nd bedroom there are several cords just hanging from the TV. There is a nail half way thru the board on the last step of porch stairs right before hitting the sand. Both my children and myself stepped on this nail several times. Lastly, the walk from the house to beach was undesirable to say the least. The walk itself is a short distance from the house but the obstacles you cross to get there is ridiculous! The grass was so grown up you couldn’t even walk down it just yourself let alone carrying beach bags and chairs and cat poop was like cleaning a giant litter box. There is a sign that says do not feed cats located on this house, however, be aware that the cats still roam and poop all in the sand. This was so disgusting and likely a problem for this entire complex not just the house. The grass though is just this house as others next door and down the row had trimmed and maintained their walkways. Positives: again, great location, VACASA easily answered questions and even let up check in early once ready, plenty of towels and bathroom products (shampoo, bar soap,etc), extra beach chairs if needed, and great size porch for eating and cooking out on.

Love this townhouse rental. Right on the water, quiet neighborhood. Clean and just as described. Coming back next year!

Jeep jam excursion

Access to beach easy and plenty room to sit on beach. Easy to go to wherever you needed..walking distance wad good also to venues needed. I've already booked for next year..

Terrible management property needs a lot of work

We contacted management multiple times with issues and we never received a response. It is clear that they only care about receiving their money not about the comfort of the guest. We will never rent a vacasa property again.

NASTY!!!

The property is in need of repairs!!! Looks rundown and is rundown. Musky smell as soon as you open the door. Stains on the ceiling from water leakage. Carpet is disgusting. It needs to be pulled up. Furniture is stained and uncomfortable. Icemaker does not work. Most of the lightbulbs are out. The dryer drum keeps turning even after the door is open. Kitchen needs better pans and utensils. I will never stay there again! The only positive is the ease of walking to the beach.

Keep Looking….

Usually I’m pretty good with picking properties. I failed miserably this time. The check in process was good and the location right on the beach was good. That’s where the positives stopped unfortunately. When we arrived, we were greeted by smelly overflowing trash that I guess the previous guests didn’t put out for trash day. The property has great potential to be a winner but it’s clear that it hasn’t been maintained and it shows it’s age because of it. The bed was super uncomfortable. There were visible stains on the mattress pad, the bathroom was dirty with hair from previous guests, & the downstairs floor was filthy. Vacasa communicates and asks for feedback and if there is anything they can do but there’s never any action despite sending photos of the issues at their request. We ended up cutting our vacation short by 2 days and we were only supposed to be there 4 days. A LOT of money wasted…

Drive Up to Condo & Walk Out to Beach!!!

Helpful things when staying here – Kitchen: No hand soap, spices (even salt & pepper), plastic cups of any kind and trash bags provided. All knifes are dull, so be careful. Coffee maker is provided with filters, so just bring grounds. Ice maker doesn’t work. Washer/Dryer works however be careful as dryer drum doesn’t stop even when you open the door. Living/Dining Room – You can move the dining room table to make room for a Queen blow up bed, if needed. New Ceiling fan in here and works great! Master – Venetian blinds - some are missing, and all let in light at sunrise. Queen bed is hard, but no body indentations. Ceiling fan NEEDS to be replaced in master, so if you need a fan to sleep – pack one. Bathroom – shower drain was slow towards the end of our stay, however, take into account the age of the condo, and if the other shower & washer is running. A/C works great. Wasn’t able to find a broom, would be helpful to have, just to clean up sand mid-stay. Beach area behind condos was clear of people. No rental chairs and tents…this area is just for the condos and we had so much room between us and the next group of people! Plastic beach chairs are provided along with some floats, sand toys and even a baby pool on the back porch. BBQ grill – there is one, however 1 propane tank was empty and the other one (attached to the grill), the knob was stuck so no gas could pump to the grill. It also needs a good cleaning, once propane arrives. Would stay here again!!

Great location

We had a great stay! It’s a wonderful location and right on the beach with easy access. Unit is partially updated, bathrooms are alittle dated, but functional. Overall nice place, we would stay there again.

Awful service

We stayed here in June and have stayed here before and liked it a lot. We love the location and the easy access to the beach. Last time we stayed we had an issue with the power tripping and we had someone come out and fix the issue and show us what was happening. This time however was totally opposite. We first got in and not everything was clean . The sheets on the bed were still wet and we had to rewash them and dry them, some of the fruniture where the cleaner moved around to clean I guess were still moved around and not in proper area so we had to shift around fruniture. The 2 big concerns were 1 the tv in 2nd bedroom had no picture only sound and both showers were absolutely clogged and after a shower the tub was full and wouldn’t drain for 30 min. The entire shower your standing in over ankle high deep water. We called vacasa and they said they would have someone out there and no one ever came . This was on our 3rd day there out of 6 days. We called back again on day 4 and talked with someone else who said ok yes we have a ticket in I will call you back with an answer on when they are coming never got a call back and still have not got a call back and we have been home for 3 days. No one ever came to fix any issues and we never even heard back. This was not a pleasant stay whatsoever and very very mad noone showed up for our issues after we paied so much money to stay here. Oh also not to mention the dishwasher dosent get anything clean you have to run it 3 times and it’s smells so bad. We are very disappointed cause we loved the place first time and thought this would be somewhere we would rent every year for our family for the next 20 years. Horrible horrible customer service and very disappointed in vacasa and the entire maintaince team!!!

Perfect location- horrible customer service

I’d like to start off by mentioning the positive: the location was fantastic and being directly on the beach with a private entrance is unmatched! And for those of you that like tv- there’s a huge one in the family room for your viewing pleasure that has cable tv and Netflix (there are tv’s in all bedrooms as well). Now on to the very disappointing part of my trip. Issues: there was only one light bulb working in the dining chandelier, the stair rail "was" filthy with something sticky and lenty (we cleaned it), there was left food in the grill and tongs left out from the last guests who used the grill, there were hairs on the half bath toilet (we cleaned it), the second bedroom had no batteries in either remote so we could not use the tv until we wised up and swapped the batteries from the downstairs tv when not in use, the master bath was slow to drain at first and then became standing water and I couldn’t use it for the duration of my stay (my father ended up spending an hour plunging it the morning that we left hoping to avoid being charged even though we were not at fault), there was also no umbrella for the patio table on the deck and a poorly stocked kitchen. I called the 1-800 number three days in a row- the first time to report the issues and the subsequent times to follow up. No one EVER responded- no call or text and I was highly shocked and very disappointed. I’ve never rented a property where there was no response to a reported issue. Vacasa did not represent the home owner well and if I owned this property I would be furious at this epic fail. I honestly don’t think I’ll rent a vacation property in the future if they’re managed by that company.

Loved the location

Right on the beach, can’t complain about that. The housekeeper did miss somethings, there was a piece of loose trim on the floor at the entry, bedsheet we’re left on a blue chair in the living room, two dirty hand towels were left hanging on the curtain pole in the master bathroom shower, open bag of chips were left on the kitchen counter. The toilet seat in the 2nd bedroom is cracked. And there is construction outside so the parking lot is messy. Parking spaces are very tight for trucks. Our truck barley fit length wise and I don’t think another one would’ve fit. Winn Dixie is right across the street and is not as crowded as Walmart. Early check in is not available nor were we allowed to park on-site to be at the beach before check in (called the local office for permission & were told no) so we had to find a public beach access down the road in the meantime. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc. The rug in the living room is dirty and worn out. Couches have a sheet of hard styrofoam to keep from sinking. Also there is carpet throughout the upstairs. Master’s bathtub is slow to drain and the tv is the master bedroom did not work. Overall, a great place & location. The beach is right outside your door and it doesn’t get crowded like at resorts. Definitely we’ll be back.
