To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Begin your favorite vacation at CoCo Beach House at Premier! This pet friendly end unit townhome is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation. With a brand-new deck and interior paint, this property is just right for your next beach getaway. As you walk in the unit, your first views will be of the incredible blue water that waits outside the sliding glass door. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath are all located right when you walk inside. Further in, you'll find the spacious living and dining areas overlooking the deck outside. Upstairs, you'll find the beachfront master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony! Enjoy sipping your coffee from the upstairs balcony and taking in all the sights and sounds of the beach. On the other side of the hall, the roadside bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom.

This area of the beach has had wonderful road improvements that are COMPLETE! So no more road construction. This unit has been recently remodeled/repaired and is ready for 2026 renters!

The Premier Townhomes are located at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road - a prime location only a mile from the hustle and bustle of Pier Park!

There are 2 parking spots in front of the property.

Such a Great Spot!

We had the best time on our winter getaway. This place is perfect! The private upper and lower decks were perfect and we were literally steps to the gorgeous ocean. We were in a great location to all things PCB. We will love to stay here again.

Great spot right on the beach

My teenage daughter and my best friend came with me. It’s right in the beach and prefect place to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House was very clean and was just what we needed.

Great Vacation

Great location to enjoy the beach, short walking distance to grocery store. I never left the property once I got there except to go to the grocery store.

Great Location

My wife and I stayed here with our two little dogs and loved it. It was what we needed for a last minute escape on a holiday weekend. Seamed a little pricey but was to be expected for less than 24 hours of planning. Thank You!

Perfect location!!

We had the best trip! This place was perfect for what we wanted out of our vacation. The location is great. The place was clean and right on the beach. We were able to bring out two small elderly dogs that are on medication and one missing a leg which made out stay even better because we didn’t have to worry about them. The beds were extremely comfortable. I will always book this location in the future if possible ❤️❤️

We were satisfied with our stay! It was so nice having the hose on the deck to minimize sand being tracked in. The kitchen was fabulous, it was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had. It was convenient to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Overall, our stay was fine but the beach is absolutely not pet friendly. We got a ticket on the first day not even a warning. The master bathroom sink was completely clogged and the spare bedroom toilet ran the entire time living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s dirty and unfortunately, there was no grill. The view was obstructed by a large palm tree that needs to be manicured down and if you have children staying in the second bedroom, it’s directly across the street from A very loud bar that stays open till two in the morning.

Pet friendly simply means that you can bring your pet if you choose to this property. Due to fire code we are not allowed to have grills on the deck. The palm tree has been trimmed. Kim, We addressed the issues on a call with you upon your arrival. We welcomed you to find another accommodation and offered to give a full refund. You chose to stay. The only item in your initial complaint that was in our control was a small hole in the sheetrock. We had not been able to repair between guests to which you stated that the unit should not be rented. I'm sure you would have been understanding if we had cancelled your stay due to a small sheetrock hole. Unfortunately, you were unhappy with the location and your choice. Which I am sorry about. This unit is as advertised. Most of our guests who do their research absolutely love it. The small construction on the road side by the city was not a reason for a 1 star review.

Wonderful

The location is perfect. Close to everything without feeling too crowded. The management company was so responsive and helpful. My daughter left something and realized after checkout. They found it and mailed it back! That never happens. Will stay again!

Overall things were great. Just a few items to note. Master sliding door unusable. I called Sat and no response until Monday. With rain , would have been nice to sit out there. Need door mats downstairs to keep from tracking sand everywhere. Front door outdoor mat needs to be replaced. Bathrooms and other areas very clean. Thank you

Spring Break 2025

We were really happy with our stay at CoCo Beach! Gorgeous views right on the beach! Lots of room in the condo. We had everything we needed. It wasn’t crowded at all where we stayed. It was close enough to the restaurants but far enough away from all the younger spring breakers. It was quiet and plenty of room on the beach. The water was a little too cold for swimming but that didn’t prevent us from enjoying some time out in the sun on the beach. The closeness to Winn Dixie is a plus and the two parking spaces made for easy ins and outs on a busy road. The unit does have a couple of things that could use minor repairs but no big deal. There are a few lights out and no screens in both sliding doors. However, I imagine with the storms and winds it is hard to keep the screens in good shape. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

It’ll do, nice views!

This condo has a nice layout & and was well equipped with plenty of cookware. Gorgeous gulf views, just don’t turn around. This property is right on Front beach Rd and right next to the public access to the beach. You have your own private pathway to the beach - unfortunately it’s covered with trash. Recommend property manger to clean the walkways and area in front of condo. Not very dog friendly as we had to cross the street into Whiskey Saloons parking lot, which was full of trash, food, broken glasses, ect. All in all a nice condo but def in need of some deep cleaning and upkeep. Would have been good to know a bit more about the area prior to booking.

You stayed during the busiest week of the year which may have factored in the additional issues around the unit that we typically do not have problems with. We will look into this. "Pet friendly" simply means that a unit allows pets. We do have other pet friendly units that you could consider if this location was not ideal for you. This location is very popular for many though!

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely trip. The location of this place is perfect. It’s a less busy area of the beach but still close to anything you want to do, which is what we were looking for. The rental and check in process was wonderfully smooth. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The kitchen has almost anything you would need and they were plenty of towels and linens! The house itself is a little run down but it’s fully functional. We didn’t have any issues but it could use some remodeling. There wasn’t anything that kept us from having a good vacation but there signs of it need some upgrading. The outside landscape was very overgrown and you can’t sit on the deck and see the ocean. The view is blocked except from the corners. You can see if you stand or from the upper deck. The branches have grown over the steps as well so you have to walk through them going down the steps. The furniture was very nice quality at one time but is worn now. The mattresses have seen better days and were not super comfortable. It does have an outside shower but not like we usually see at beach homes it’s more like an outside storage closet turned shower. It doesn’t have a view and is not open in any way to the outside. But it is there to rinse off and there is also a hose on the deck which is very handy.
