Guavaberry Hill Villa was an excellent place to stay for our family of four. Loved the location! We were right in the heart of Mongoose Junction. We had an amazing, awe inspiring view of Cruz bay. There were plenty of fans to stay cool and the place was both clean and comfortable. The decor was warm and inviting. Overall we had an incredible experience. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing location! Magnificent sunset view. Comfortable. Jackie really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Only issues--very loud music until 2 am coming from town Fri-Sun and loss of power for 3 days which we didn't know meant no flushing toilets or running water.

Host was great. Place a little dated. Plastic wine glasses. Beds small. Location was wonderful. Beautiful night view of St Thomas. Very roomy for a two bedroom. Beach chairs could use upgrade. I would definitely stay again. No AC was no big deal in Feb. might be an issue late spring summer

The home was amazing! There is no AC, but we visited in Jan so it was perfect at night for a person who likes it more cool. This home is all about the location! Right up from Mongoose Junction was perfect for us. I was terrorized by mosquitoes at night, but obviously I let them in at some point. The hosts were very easy to talk to (even when I’m MIA sometimes). We loved feeling at home in the house. The only thing we needed was a pool, and it would have been perfect!

Excellent view and spacious for a family of 4

The villa was clean and close to downtown. The birds at night would sing for hours. It felt as if we were TOTALLY ALONE in the jungle. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Great family place

First USVI Trip

We loved Guavaberry Hill. Was perfect for our family of four. Enjoyed the mildly challenging but short walk into town for meals. The view from the patio was fantastic. Finally, the easy drive to many beaches in the National Park made for a memorable family vacation.

Perfect Spot in Cruz Bay

This was our favorite spot by far in Cruz Bay, the property was gorgeous & the management team is top notch. If you’re looking for a place to share with adults or a family this is your spot! We look forward to staying here again!

Private Get Away and Beautiful Views

Guavaberry Hill is spacious and has beautiful sunset views. The location is convenient for Cruz Bay and to the National Park. Jackie was a delight to work with when we booked and checking in.

Fabulous villa with great location, property manager, and view!!!

Villa was so convenient to Cruz Bay shopping, restaurants, and beaches! One suggestion would be portable cooling/ window units in bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

I think this is the best deal in St. John. Perfect sunset views, easy access to town, and a comfortable, spacious home complete with everything you would need to take to the beach!

St. John Adventure

Guava berry Hill is exactly as advertised. The view of Cruz Bay is breathtaking both day and night. It was the perfect location for ease of visiting the beaches daily and Cruz Bay.

We've stayed at this property several times and it always is the perfect stay. Sunsets on thedeck are memorable. The bedrooms afford plenty of privacy. We love the Carribean atmosphere of the house.

Property has a great location with a beautiful view of Cruz bay. Very clean. Bed in main house very comfortable. Has everything you need for a lovely stay. Recommend this property to anyone visiting St. John.

A week in St John

Jackie was incredibly helpful with our check in and the place was lovely. Wonderful balcony views and great to have things like beach chairs and floats. Definitely recommend having a (small) rental car because climbing the hill in the heat was brutal

Clean home with easy access to shops and restaurants

Hidden gem!

We loved our stay here. It’s close to everything! Jackie was very helpful and super nice! She even bought us ice, some crackers, cheese, water....to have when we arrived. This place was exactly what we wanted for our vacation there. We definetely recommend this place. Thank you Jackie for everything!!

Way better than the listing

The listing on vrbo doesn't do this property justice. It's large, with two buildings, and a huge patio facing the water between St. John and St. Thomas (which is also the direction the sun sets). We had a great time visiting, and this property was perfect for the 4 of us.

I will start with Jackie the property manager met us at the ferry and brought us to the house. Thank god because walking up the hill with our luggage wiuld have been hell since we didnt get in until well after dark. The house was in a great location and easy access to hop o. The road to head to
