The main level features an inviting entry foyer, open living and dining areas, a well‑equipped kitchen, laundry, and a convenient half bath. Step outside to the dining deck overlooking the pool, where you can grill, relax, and take in sweeping views all the way to St. Croix.

Upstairs, two private bedrooms—each with its own bathroom and deck—provide ideal separation and comfort. One bedroom includes a cozy sleeping loft, perfect for an older child.

As a yacht designer, I have sailed most of the Caribbean. St John is by far the best place to live and vacation. You will also be talking to my daughter, Marcia, who manages the bookings and finances. My home, Callaloo, is mid island on St John.

Before buying in St. John, we considered settling on St. Barths. I weighed the pros and cons of each place. St. Barths offers a bit of Paris (a place I adore), but St. John offered a lot more of everything else. Dependable, affordable phone and internet service, 22 beaches, good dining (although pricey), affordable air fares, hiking trails, and the heavy hand of the US Government which keeps St. John safe, beautiful, and accessible to all.

We respect nature, wildlife, beaches, reefs, and the sea. We adore our wild donkeys!
